I used these for the TOP of my gate and placed rollers on the bottom. I am very happy with the result.

I was trying to decide what method to use to keep my new barn door from sliding out from the wall or hitting it. I had cut a slot on the bottom and had a piece that would fit in that and guide it. Decided not to use it because it was made out of plastic and a friend had told me about these. Glad I went with this choice. I like that you can attach it to the wall. My barn door is on the bottom floor and I would have had to anchor something into the cement if I was attaching it to the floor which is always harder if I went with something else. I found a couple of studs for each one that made sure it anchored in really well. The rollers are solid and having two in each section makes sure that it runs smooth. The black powder coated matches my rollers and handle also. Win-win

This helps keep my sliding door safe around kids. It’s a bit too large and deep so it stands out a bit more. Good quality and options. Needs adjusting now and then after loosing up, easy to do. Only complaint is the roller cover adhesive doesn’t stay in place at edge it peals up. I’ll have to add some double stick tape is all though. Quality, value, availability, safety and versatility performs great for my daily use on pantry door.
