After buying a decent quality bush craft knife I realised how crap all my kitchen knives really were. After many google searches the Victorinox fibrox always keep popping up as all the knife you'll ever need. And I'm glad to confirm this is the case. Will definitely be buying the bigger chiefs knife and pairing knife in the future. Top quality

Sharp and perfect for my use

This is the best kitchen knife I have ever used. It is exceptionally sharp and maintains sharpness for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Bought this to replace same model that served us well for about six years till the blade broke off due to rusting inside the handle (should that happen to stainless steel?). The new one was etremely sharp when it arrived, but noticeably lighter than the old one (don't know if this is a good or bad thing?) It's doing a very good job as a general kitchen knife, but since I'm no professional I can't tell you any more.

This knife was recommended by a chef and I absolutely love it. Very sturdy and sharp. Does the trick.

Perfect size for just about any kitchen work with a very comfortable handle, as with any Victorinox they are very easy to sharpen and keep sharp compared to many of the usual European traditional knives that we have had over the years but after getting a Victorinox for Christmas from my daughter many years ago we gradually replaced all eight knives as they so easy to maintain and comfortable to use. Four years ago I came back from Japan with a very expensive similarly shaped kitchen knife to this one, beautifully made and incredibly sharp but we always seem to end up using the Victorinox at a tenth of the cost and performs the same, the beautiful Japanese knives require more care as its easy to chip or break the edges and a more sophisticated sharpening technique.

Culinary student Xmas gift. It is a comfortable knife, extremely sharp and well recommended by chefs. I read reviews from major publications. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Hoping for no injuries.

Es Victorinox, no decepciona. Hacía tiempo quería un buen cuchillo de cocina que no fuera muy caro pero que tampoco e costara muy poco porque ya estaba cansado de tirar dinero y mal cortar tomates. Hace dos meses que lo tengo y es perfecto.

Bought this knife ***15*** years ago. Frequently used, it's still in tip top, perfect, shape. Don't know how it could have performed any better. The plastic handle is as new, the blade still unblemished and sharp. Top recommendation,
