Like New
I been using almost 2 year, and don't have any issues, still in good shape, and working as a new. Totaly recommended

No issue connecting phone
I saw some posts stating people had issues with the phone being locked by the carrier. I had no issues. As soon as I put the Sim card in it connected and I just had to set up my apps. Phone is in great condition. Almost looks brand new and battery seems to be really good. I've only had it for a day but with all the downloading and updating it has held up great.

Screen went out
Had issues with finger print and then the screen just went black and couldn't do anything but alarm still work. Happened Saturday and alarm didn't stop going off until Thursday. Company took a few days to reply via text but great about return.

Came in good condition!
I previously bought the same phone before and the packaging was messy, however this seller was well organized and it came on time. The phone came with everything it needed, and the phone itself works perfectly fine.

Came in great condition. Ended up returning it only because i was told that when you purchase refurbished locked that network updates (i have t mobile so t mobile updates) wont apply to you device which made me nervouse. Other wise great

El equipo no me permite pasar de la pantalla de "bienvenido", pues no me permite usar el teléfono, con el momentos de voz me abre ajustes y después se apaga y de nuevo a la pantalla blanca.

El teléfono esta bloqueado, no reconoce mi línea dice Error 14 este teléfono esta bloqueado y no trabajará con esa línea,la.persona que me vendió este teléfono savia que se le comprava para uno poder comunicarse no para gastar más dinero,e sido y robado y me quieren. Cobrar la devolución,no se vale,yo quería un teléfono,No pasar más trabajo del que estoy pasando,como se me va a resolver este problema.
