I rarely write reviews, but this one deserves it. I had been using TOZO earbuds for a while and loved them for their crisp sound, deep bass, and sleek design. Unfortunately, my previous pair stopped working — but TOZO’s customer service stepped in and truly impressed me. They promptly processed a replacement, and here's the best part — I received the new pair on my anniversary! It felt like a thoughtful gift from the universe. The replacement is working flawlessly, and the sound quality is even better than I remembered. Crystal clear calls, immersive music, and a secure fit — exactly what I needed. Big thanks to TOZO for not just making a great product but standing behind it with such responsive and caring service. Highly recommended!

This was my second set of purchase of TOZO earbuds (I bought this set as a spare), as was super happy with the quality of first one. Unfortunately the second set got some issue in right earbud so I connected with the customer care. The response was so quick they suggested few troubleshooting procedures which didn't work in my case. At last they themselves processed replacement so quickly and was amazed with their response. The quality is super I strongly recommend to go for it without any second thought

Just nice and jus good

My main criteria was looking for something that's good for my small ears because other earphones either don't go in all the way even with the smallest tip and fall out every 5 seconds, or they go in but start hurting. These are great, I even tried them in my daily bus journey and they stayed snug and well fitted. It was great to be finally be able to listen to music while commuting. They do start hurting after a while though, but that's fine. Battery life is fantastic, I usually just charge it once a week. The only thing was that suddenly, 2-3 months after buying, the touch controls stopped working and the audio was crackling in both earphones. Got in touch with customer support, and when nothing worked, they sent me a replacement (green one in the pic is my og, the box is the replacement) 😄

Just the packaging looks cute. Not worth buying

A decent set of buds in this price. But I have lost the case. Can I buy the case only. I wish if i may get the case only and I may revive my buds again.

Küçük, pratik, rengi hoş, sesi fiyatına göre gayet başarılı. Kulağa tam oturmuyorsa basları hissedemiyorsunuz tabi. Dışarıdaki ses kesilmiyor, yani gürültü önleyici yok kanımca ama yine de fena değil. Sporda taktım, kulağımdan düşecek gibi gelmişti ama düşmedi, çok da hafif. Şarjı 2-3 günü çıkarıyor. Çok şık, mint yeşili de çok güzel, akıllı saatimle aynı renk geldi. Teşekkür ediyorum :)

Excellent sound ,Excellent product

Kulaklık bozmakta çok sabıkam olduğu için uygun fiyatlı bu ürünü aldım. Yaklaşık 2-3 aydır kullanmaktayım, bir kaç kere akan suyun altına düşmesine rağmen bozulmadı. Ses kalitesi idare eder fiyatına göre, şarjı da oldukça uzun gidiyor. Benim için tek sıkıntısı Mac bilgisayarımla biraz random bir uyumsuzluk yaşaması oldu. Bir şey izlerken bir süre durdurursam geri açtığımda kulaklıklardan rastgele bir tanesi deaktive oluyor ve aç kapa dahil yapılmıyor. Kendi kendine kafasına estiğinde geri dönüyor. Android telefonda aynı şeyi yaşamadım, onunla sorunsuz çalışıyor.

Wat een mooie kleur. Hij is wel origineel en mooi ingepakt. Ik dacht nog kleiner was, maar ze zitten goed in mijn kleine oren. Comfortabel, hij valt niet uit als ik beweeg. Er zijn 5 paar extra eartip bijgeleverd. Mooi geluid en makkelijk te bedienen. Prijs is goedkoper dan in Chinese online winkel. Fantastisch!

Got these in green as a cheap throwaway pair for listening at work or on walks where I don't need noise cancelling. Noise isolation is quite good, and they don't feel like they'll fall out. Listening to audiobooks and the voices are actually quite clear and crisp, once you get them to fit right. My JBL stem buds seem to sound great regardless of how I insert them. These seem to have issues getting placed correctly, as I'll often find my right ear not hearing anything and have to reposition for the driver to fire directly onto my eardrum. This presents as unbalanced L/R audio sometimes. I feel the silicone tips aren't large enough and I'm using the large ones. They're also really soft which is comfy but a pain when trying to detach/attach. I also don't know what the battery level shown on my phone refers to, whether the case or the buds, but battery life seems slightly better than what's advertised, at least for how I'm using them. I'm not using the Tozo app. Build quality seems fine even though they probably won't survive being accidentally stepped on. For the price, these are pretty good.
