Works and tastes great
I’ve tried a lot of chamomile and sleep blend teas but this is the first one that actually works. It is pleasant tasting and quickly remove the day’s stress so you fall asleep with no morning grogginess.

Really Makes Me Sleepy
Maybe it is all in my head, but I do get sleepy after I drink this. I do not take anything to sleep anymore because something in the pill was making my heart pound, so I am all about natural teas now. This tastes good, with a half spoon of sugar, 8 oz of hot water. Really like it and I'm recommending my family try it too.

Perfect blend
Great relaxing tea. Chamomile and lemon balm are my two favorite herbs for sleep, this has both and then some.

I don't know if this works super well....
I used it but not so sure if this worked greatly - when I couldn't sleep badly, this didn't help, either... my brain span and thought about so many things that interrupted my sleep anyway....

I just got this tea. And use it for the first time. A lot of things do work for me when it comes to sleep. But with this tea it got me sleeping like a baby. So far I love it

Bought this tea last week and tried it the other night, really does work as I take regular sedatives anyway makes me that extra sleepy and relaxed I have mine with some honey and it's really nice and tastes good too. Super impressed! 💯
