Not only does it taste good it leaves me not hungry at all. You only mix it with 6 oz of water so it's the perfect cup of ice coffee. I also appreciate that it less than 100 milligrams caffeine. I'm sensitive to caffeine and it doesn't make me shakey or jittery it just give the perfect little burst to keep my day going.

I would had hoped to read a truth and real honest review before I bought this but I didn’t bc all I read were most “good ones” so I bought the product however I regret it it doesn’t do a thing for me doesn’t help me feel energy or good digestion or anything related to health and feeling good in fact it’s the opposite I feel headaches every time I drink it and tired literally so don’t purchase you’ll do yourself a favor. Regular coffee makes me feel better than this one
