No, it does not come with a wall stand to hold the main body and the extension rod. It would be preferable to lean against a wall.

Q: Can I add a floor cleaner solution like Mr. Clean along with the water to the water tank?

It is highly recommended that you use distilled (tap) water only for cleaning processes. Addition of chemicals are not recommended unless it is for maintenance, such as limescale removal.

Voltage is 120V not 240

Quality seemed good, but the device tripped the home power as it is rated for 120V as per the device and not 240V as mentioned in the advert.Did not try using a converter. It is however rated at 1200W so if you need a converter, be careful to select the correct power
