This an excellent head mounted magnifier system. I am blown away with quality of design, build and ease of use. I purchased the upgraded model with the USB battery. The battery charges very quickly and the LED light which has two settings which work very well. I read some reviews that mentioned the weight of the unit and a dislike of the nose support. I was a bit concerned when I read them but decided to try the product anyway. I can honestly say from my perspective the unit is light and the nose support is not an issue. I can locate the nose support behind my glasses without any difficulty. I am still experimenting with using them. I may slide my glasses down my nose to get the top part of my varifocals to work better but I don’t think I will have to do this. Either way is not an issue to me. The light and lens holder have a high range of application. For my vision I am pointing the light down more or less as far as it goes and then I line up the lenses but they also work well in other positions. I am sure that you will find a setup which suits you. The lenses are of a high quality and very clear. There is a very good selection of lenses, enough for various applications and they are easy to fit into the headset. They are stored in a good box so no excuses for scratching lenses. My only negative comment is that the very handy carrying case does not have profiling to support the unit however, his a minor point for me. I will use the plastic insert that it came with but to be honest it is a bit flimsy. There is an elastic headband which unfortunately is to small for my head even fully expanded. To be clear I am very happy with the normal legs as fitted. If you do want to use the headband and have a large head it would not be too difficult to make one. I should say that I know I have a large head size which can be a problem for me when selecting a hats. So you might not be affected. I bought them to read small print in books and they work very well. The print seems to be getting smaller these days or I am getting older 😳 I would have no problem recommending them.

Never having been particularly artistic (well, not at all, actually) no one was more surprised than I was when all of a sudden I found myself with an urge to paint Subbuteo figures. My problem was that with my younger years behind me, my eyesight is not what it once was and so I found myself having to wear two pairs of glasses to do something like this. I'd had enough of that, so decided to give these magnifying glasses a whirl. They come with a number of different powered lenses, so you can vary what you use, depending on how close or far you want the object to be that you are painting or modelling. The lenses just clip into the glasses frame. Easy peasy. The light has a couple of brightness levels which is also helpful. I've probably used them 7 or 8 times so far and have yet to recharge the battery. A nice case complements everything so all is stored away nicely when you've finished. There are cheaper alternatives out there, but I'm very pleased I spent the extra for the quality this product brings. Highly recommended!

Good value set and different levels of magnification. Easy to use and adjust, good value for money. The build quality is excellent.

I wasn't expecting much at this price, as my wife has spent twice as much before on a high-quality magnifying glass, which is impossible for her to use in her hobby - she makes jewellery and struggles with her one remaining eye, which is very weak . But this was a revelation - the lenses are high quality, and after a bit of fiddling with the adjustments, with the highest powered lens she can now comfortably read the tiniest (very tiny!) text in the instruction leaflet! I've bought another one for myself to help with watch repair and electronics. It is very light. but a bit awkward to adjust, although once you get used to it and set the multiple adjustments to your taste (lens forward/backward/up/down, lens tilt, lamp angle etc) it's a doddle. Fits easily over eyeglasses too. We haven't tried the headband yet. The case is a nice professional touch. Thank you VisionAid, whoever you are!

Excellent glasses and great value for money. I've used them mainly for Warhammer miniature painting but are very useful for all types of jobs. Unfortunately after 18 months of use the light would not charge, so I contacted support using the email address in the manual. I got a response within a day asking for my order reference number and address. Vision aid sent me a new pair, no questions asked, I even offered to return the faulty ones which they declined. First class customer service, and highly recommend.

J'ai longtemps cherché une loupe pro et je dois dire que je suis comblé avec ce modèle. Très confortable à porter, les loupes sont très efficaces, on peut travailler en regardant sont ouvrage et aussi lever la tete pour regarder ailleurs en soulevant la loupe. Il y a une LED est est très efficace. la batterie tien correctement. La saccoche est top pour tout ranger. Ce kit est très utile pour tous les travaux de précisions. Je recommande fortement.

Estou satisfeita com a minha compra e recomendo o produto. Para estudantes universitários de Conservação e Restauração de Bens Culturais, as lupas são excelentes. A lupa chegou um dia antes da data prevista. Já a testei e constatei que preciso usar meus óculos com as três primeiras lentes, mas nas duas últimas (a quarta e a quinta lentes), não há necessidade de óculos. A troca dos braços pela faixa elástica é fácil, pois os componentes são de encaixe. No processo de entrega, a empresa demonstrou grande responsabilidade. Agradeço a todos que contribuíram para que o item chegasse até mim em perfeito estado.

Love these! They fit perfectly and comfortable. Really helpful with doing my paint by number pictures. I used them as well for hanging a new zebra blind to see close up with the light on. Very durable and love that you can recharge the battery. The battery last long enough for me to paint for quite awhile. I love that it has a variety of magnifying plastic lens that are think and sturdy. The like that there is two brightnesses for the light. I recommend these for the value for your money.
