These are very expensive, Whole Foods Market had them on sale for $4.04 with Prime for 6 instead of $12.00, that being said, they are a great substitute if you cannot have bread. The packaging is phenomenal with thick insulation and ice packs. Really love these, but will from now on purchase from Whole Foods Market!

Do not order anything refrigerated
I wish I had read the past reviews. This product came in regular packaging and the items are supposed to be refrigerated. They were useless and had to be thrown away.
