Lumene Sisu Moisture Remedy Day & Night Cream, 1.7 Fluid Ounce

Love this! Found on Amazon after reading a review online. I have been using for about a month and have had great results. I’m 46 with normal skin that tends to get dry in the NYC winter. This stuff is light enough for day time and doesn’t make me greasy (I appreciate that because I wear light makeup). Personally, I find it moisturizing enough to use as a night cream, but if you’re looking for super moisturizing then you might be better off looking elsewhere. The scent is a lovely, “piney” fragrance. It doesn’t bother me, I think it’s refreshing, but if “pine” isn’t your thing then you won’t like this smell. I’m very happy with this cream and will continue to reorder.

I have pretty sensitive skin and am cursed to live in a cold state. Anything like Bath and Body works just destroys my skin and gives me hives. I've tried a variety of other winter face creams and while they kinda worked it wasn't revolutionary or complete. I'm not fond of the scent on this but it isn't overwhelming like Bath and Body works, and it doesn't cause me to break out in hives. As for the work it does: AMAZING. I still can get chapped skin, but not like before. Before I could be inside for days and still get it. Now its only after a day of being out in the cold, and its still quite minimal. I have mature skin and this is very moisturizing for me. It is on the heavier side but it absorbs into the skin if you give it time. It does have fragrance but it is very light and fresh. Over the last few years I found that my skin remains supple, soft and hydrated. It does not have any effect on my wrinkles other than keeps me moist which prevents them from deepening.

Oh man, I wanted to adore this so bad. The (strong) piney scent* is wonderful (but can also be found in, at least, the Lumene Sisu hydrating mist) but this stuff is THICK and RICH. The lightest of dabs of the finger onto the surface of the cream is at least enough for each cheek or the forehead, so it'll also last forever. But I have quite oily skin and will be Zit City if I break this bad boy out aside from when it's cold and *extremely* dry out, in which case it works wonders. If your face is sebum-deficient and like me and could stand in front of a Douglas Fir and just take in the smell for a while, this might be for you. *I've used a lot of Lumene products and have yet to find one that isn't heavily perfumed, with the exception of the Valo eye cream, so if that's not your bag, I'd stay away. However, if you like a good fragrance, I've loved how the Valo and Sisu line products smell.

i love this cream. Works great, im middle aged with regular skin, hydrates well, clean feel, light weight. Noticeable difference after a few uses. Highly recommend.

I purchased a different moisturizer from this brand that I can no longer find. I figured I'd try a different one instead and I'm just as happy. It's a thinner formula but I still like it. My skin soaks it in quickly and it feels luxurious without the cost. I have sensitive acne prone skin and I've never had this brand cause any irritation or breakouts.

Love Lumene generally...this is a nice moisturizer that feels light, but does a great job of leaving skin feel good. I have very sensitive skin and it is if anything soothing and does not irritate at all. My only complaint is that it doesn't contain SPF.

Unfortunately lumene is getting worse over time. Cheapy and geasy creams

I really like this cream and it's probably one of the best ones I've ever tried. Really feeds and hydrates my skin leaving it plumped up and happy. I am absolutely in love with the smell of the cream too- it's kind of a mixture of forest and cranberries but in a very natural way. 5 stars - well done Lumene! Would buy it again!

Mi piel es mixta, así que me es muy difícil encontrar un humectante balanceado que por una parte humecte muy bien (sobretodo en invierno) y por otra no me deje la piel grasosa. Esta crema realmente me sorprendió, cumple con mis expectativas. Lo único que le mejoraría es el aroma, tiene una fragancia muy fuerte que, aunque huele bien y se desvanece en unas horas, puede llegar a ser agobiante para los que no usamos ni perfume.

Me encanta como deja la piel de hidratada, sin duda volveré a repetir

My wife has struggled with issues of dry hands during the winter. This is the best thing she has found so far to deal with it. Although quite expensive, we have just ordered a second shipment.
