I used To run track and xc in hs and college so i always had huge veins and never really needed to use a belt or rubber bands like these to shoot up. But if you need to then these rubber tourniquets are good.

The quality of the tourniquet is medical grade, For the average person that's putting this in their kit or survival bag or bug out bag it is more than enough tourniquets to last you the rest of your life!

The company I work for was supplying us with really cheap, thin tourniquets for a period of time (I’m an phlebotomist)and I was desperate for better ones. These aren’t bad. Would’ve liked a tad wider but has a nice, not cheap stretch to it. These worked well in the interim.
