These socks fit so snuggly & keep my feet toasty warm!! I just wish they were knee highs, but still a marvelous sock to wear all winter!! Love the colors! They are such a pretty sock...do not pill or fray, stay up pretty well...would love to buy & give as gifts. The weather here in the South can get chilly although not as "chilly" as up North so these socks are perfect to wear all day & even sleep in...they stay so soft even after washing & wearing over & over...will give as gifts & buy more for ME!!

These are great socks! I love the vintage colors and they are warm without being too bulky. They do have some thickness but not so much that your shoes are fitting too tight. They washed/dried well and didn't shrink. I was concerned about them being wool and possibly itchy but they are not itchy at all. This was a good buy.

These socks are pretty great. I love the colors and the speckles in the design and they are nicely made. They are soft, stretchy, warm and cozy. I would maybe have liked them to be just a tiny bit longer, so that the heel sat back on my foot just that bit more. I wear a size 8, typically, and my socks usually are just a touch longer than these. It isn’t enough of a difference to make me dislike or return them, though. So I would recommend them!

The socks are exactly what I was looking for! They are cutesy, Autumn/Winter socks, not too thick feel-wise and they are well made. They make my feet feel safe and secure from the cold *comfy*! I had some from another brand that were oddly squeezing at random parts of the foot, but not these - these are great! They don't have strings hanging all down inside that your toe can get caught on. They don't fall down so you're not pulling them up all day. I got mine to wear with my Dansko clogs. Whatever "outside shoes" you wear them with may need to be a bit bigger because these do tighten the shoes' fit more toward the snug side. At the same time, I do feel like if you wore them with shoes that usually rub somewhere on your foot, these would protect your foot from it. They're woven pretty sturdy so I honestly don't know if they will shrink - they don't look and feel cheap like the ones that do shrink. I have not washed them yet as I am not one of those people who washes before wearing. I simply am not bothered by that. But when I do wash them, if they shrink, I will definitely add to my review.

So I was skeptical because I don’t like acrylic/synthetic socks, but I needed something for winter. Bought one set and liked them enough to buy a second. Pros: fun designs, not too thick, not too thin and keep my feet warm. Elastic is not too tight. Do not make my feet sweat. Wash great and hold their shape. My shoe size is a 10 and they fit great. Great price. Cons: wish there was a knee-high option. Wish they had one more choice of solid darker colors. They could stay up just a little bit better.

I like these, but am trying to give a honest review Con - these are really tightly shrink wrapped so be careful when you open the package. Otherwise, you might accidentally put a tiny hole in one of the socks. That is one reason I deducted a star. Another reason is the sizing. These are made to fit the average size foot, up to a US size 9. Yet the ad claims one size fits all. Because these are so cute, people really like and want them. For people like my granddaughters who wear size 10s and love cats, these wouldn’t work out. There is very little stretch in the knitting process, plus they have some wool in them. There is also little extra in the elastic that goes around the opening. Thus, the sizing promise may be misleading. This is why I deducted the second star. Pros - for myself, I do like these socks. They are cute and fun for all ages (79), come in a very nice and practical set of colors, design is suitable for both dress and play, and will be warm this winter. The thickness is good for anywhere from dress shoes to tennis. And they are very affordable. If I hand wash and dry them, they should last a long time. I actually ordered 2 sets so is one gets a hole in it, I have 2 more of that sock to match with the remaining good one. The sale price was low enough to allow me to do that. For me, personally, I would order them again. Also for my granddaughters if the company makes a larger size.

BEST Sox ever! The WORST Sox ever! The style with contrasting colored heels and cuffs. Superior fit hugging and cushioning my feet. So thrilled I immediately ordered what I believed was same style, but solid colors. Alarm alert!! These are not the same. Instead of the reinforced heels and toes, the solids are so stretched turning the heels, they are actually sheer. I have never seen Sox made this way. I expect them to tear on first wearing the fabric is so stretched and threads spaced, thickness like nylon but not as durable. However, the two tone Sox are so terrific I ordered a second set. So I ordered a second set of the originals. This style was that great.

Poor quality

Unfortunately whilst the sizing of the foot is correct - they won’t fit over my ankles to put on. Also the cost for the postage to get the refund means I have lost my money.
