Essential Tool for land Nav.
I am teaching someone how to read maps and use a compass for land navigation and map reading in a wilderness situation. The protractors are an essential part of that, from a military perspective. I have been using this method since I was 16. I never get lost in the woods because I stay oriented with a map and compass. The protractor is another necessary tool for the purpose.
