funktioniert super und absolut nötig, wenn man das entsprechende Gerät von Zwilling hat. bislang ist der Handschuh heil und die Finger auch.

Nutze den Handschuh zum Gemüse raspeln auf der Mandoline. Bei Gemüse, bei welchem man den Halter der Mandoline nicht nutzen kann, kommt der Handschuh zum Einsatz. So kann ich bis zum kleinsten Rest hobeln oder raspeln ohne die Finger zu gefährden. Natürlich leidet der Handschuh auch bei Kontakt mit der Klinge. Aber das ist ja selbstverständlich.

Hatte den Handschuh in Größe xl für meinen Mann bestellt. Lieferung war wirklich prompt, auf dem Lieferschein war als Größe all sizes vermerkt. Der Handschuh kam mir jedoch sehr klein vor und tatsächlich war auf dem im Handschuh eingenähten Etikett als Größe m angegeben. Da er mir passt, habe ich ihn nicht zurückgeschickt, doch das war eigentlich nicht Sinn der Sache!

Der Handschuh erfüllt seinen Zweck und ist leicht zu reinigen. Allerdings fällt er sehr klein aus, da war für mich jetzt ok. Es sollte aber bei der Bestellung berücksichtigt werden
