4 well fitting bungs for a 5 gallon carboy
These rubber bungs fit my 5 gallon carboy just right. Now if I only had 3 more carboys.....

Works great
These do the job perfectly for carboys or jugs that have non standard cap threads Just make sure the contents have fully finished fermenting and have fully degassed or you're sure to lose one or two stoppers

Nice but will blow off if there is any fermentation
I bought these for homemade wine and ginger ale because I was low on screw top lids. They work well for shaking up. But if there is any yeast activity at all, these blow off very easily.

Great bungs
Great quality bungs. I use them for my 3 gallon Italian glass carboys. Nice snug fit.

Good taper and sized as advertised.
Good tapper on these bungs. I like the consistency of the rubber. I tied one in an old 1 gallon glass fermenter, might have been a wine jug at one time fit was just right.

Concave Bottom
Concave bottom. Unfortunately, this flask has a concave bottom, so it's useless in my lab. I use a hot plate w/ a magnetic stirrer. I took a calculated risk not knowing whether it's bottom was flat or not, so I'll keep it as a wine carafe, since the price was low enough to justify that application.

They've held up for two years. No complaints.
I've had these for two years now and they work very well. I use them to stopper glass milk bottles. My method for cleaning them is to hand-wash and air-dry on a drying rack. There have been no signs of wear or degrading after two years. Really like them.

Exactly what they said they were, fits my one gallon, 5 gallon, and 7 gallon glass carboys.

I was having issues with my kayak scupper hole plugs holding water and becoming smelly as they were hollow. I wanted something that would plug the hole and not hold water and found these. I did have to cut them down to 1/2 height as they were a bit too tall for my application. This was easily done with a hack saw. I hot glued them in place and no longer have any issues with smelly water in my kayak. The quality is inline with other bungs I have used for beer and wine making, they are clean and white and flexible so should plug any hole well that they are sized for.

These stoppers are NOT rubber!! They are #7 plastic (not a healthy plastic) use with caution says no BPA but could contain substitutes like BPS & BPF - these are by The Vintage Shop
