I mix it with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of mix and 1/4 cup of milk to thin out the batter and it's delicious! Sometimes I'll add organic blueberries. Yum!

So, there were mixed reviews of this brand being dry. I took that into consideration when whipping up my serving. I followed the directions on package and added 1tsp of heavy whipping cream. Nice and fluffy. Topped them off with some butter and Good Good brand keto friendly forest fruits jam. Yummy!

Taste was good. Nice to have a healthy alternative. But amount is small and not ideal for making waffles.

I do not understand how this made it to market nor how anyone can eat these. The flavor is neutral, which I expected and even appreciated, however, they are beyond dry. I made the whole batch at once. The batter was a very thick and I ended up adding 2 more tablespoons of water. It created the most beautiful pancakes. The color, golden brown, thick and fluffy. I wanted to originally use the batter to coat hot dogs and then deep fry but I have disabling fatigue and it was just a dream. I went to eat a pancake and as I said, beyond dry. The batter was normal in thickness, so I'm guessing it's the modified starch, much like keto flours made from fiber, such as bamboo fiber, it's very drying. I actually want to try these one more time, but skip the water and add melted butter until I get the same batter thickness. I really want this to work. I never would lower myself to use a mix before but my disability causes things like this to make life easier.I plan on tearing them into pieces and putting them into an alfredo sauce as I already have that made and in the fridge, to see if that makes them usable.I do not want a refund. I am just reporting my experience as I appreciate it when others are honest about their review of products.

A little pricy, but what isn't these days? The zero net carbs is perfect for my dietary needs and they are very tasty!

Expensive, thick batter only makes 6 pancakes, very dense and didn't brown well. Won't buy again.
