It’s a lovely looking item and I was so looking forward to receiving it. Used it only once and unfortunately the surface got burned (it’s designed for incense use so should be more durable). The top coat seems to be plastic so that might be the core issue. Maybe ceramic coating would be more suitable. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes. So if you’re after looks rather than functionality, that’s the item for you. I will carry on my search as need both

Glaze will burn. Regret buying this considering the cost and quality.

J'ai acheté cet article deux fois. Il est conforme à la description. Il maintient correctement l'encens et récupère correctement les cendres sans qu'il n'en ait partout autour. Il ne s'abime pas et la chaleur ne détériore pas son esthétique. Je recommande ce produit!!

Looks good but quite big in size

Whilst this holder is better than most in that it actually catches the all of the ash from incense & stops the mess that usually ensues, I was a little disappointed to see burn marks appearing in the surface where hot ash has landed & scorched the top layer. Considering it's function, I'd expect better burn resistance. The holder is both functional & it looks good but I feel that it will need replacing sooner than expected given that it would appear to lack the attributes to give it longevity & given the price of it, that's somewhat disappointing. The cheap Bali equivalent has lasted far longer & without the scorching.

Loved super cute, bigger than I expected. The marbles design is glossy.
