Deformed capsules
Coffee is great but the box came damaged and 4 capsules out of 10 were deformed as a result so the nespresso machine could not brew the coffee properly. In fact only a few drops of water was discharged.

Few coffee pods in one of the Oro packs were dented at the back because of which it doesnt work in the coffee machine.
