Such a cute and welcoming board and door decor for my incoming Kindergartners. I love the quality, and the stickies that come with it!

The colors and material are great! The colors are bright and the items are laminated which makes them easy to re-use for future bulletin boards or classroom lessons. All of the items are thick enough to be stored without worrying too much about bending. Some of the bigger items came bent but I let them sit overnight before putting them up the next day. My two year old parents and other co-teachers loved the ocean animals and variety of the theme making it fun for little ones to learn about the ocean and water. Overall, the price is worth the value of money spent and I am happy I made the investment for my class.

I loved this bulletin board theme. The message (“Be The Reason Someone Smiles Today”) was great and really resonated for a secondary board in an elementary school. We focus a lot on character development and these bulletin board themes definitely speak to that. However, there were two minor things that I wish had been different. First, though the bulletin board I was decorating was approximately the right size, I was very short on the border pieces. I wish O would have realized this in time to order something complimentary to the board because I love the theme and the color scheme. Also, I am mostly happy with the way it came together, but the words “reason” and “someone” were split into two pieces each on the punch out cards. This meant that the negative space between the letters was white with a black outline. However, the space between the a and s in reason, and the i and l in smiles were both just large empty spaces, no white negative space, no black outline. Since the board is covered in a yellow backing paper, it looks odd to me. The quality of the pieces is good. It was easy to punch out all of the decorations and assemble the board. I loved the end result other than the few issues I mentioned previously. Bulletin board themes can be expensive, but this was a reasonable price, especially if I had been able to use the border. Overall, I would recommend, but also suggest buying a separate border.
