Excelente
For all those who suffer from migraines, I recommend this product. Its material is soft and it's cold. When you put it on, you feel an instant coolness and it helps relieve the discomfort.

Impressed!!
I bought one for myself to use after work and it works so well, I bought another for a friend! The freezer makes it too cold to put on my eyes, but storing in the refrigerator is perfect.

Not Enough Cooling Gel.
SThis is an amended review, My friend has something similar. I was excited to order mine. I was disappointed to find that the cooling gel only covers the face. However, it worked well and did help my headache. I just had to switch it around a bit. Also, my friend's was almost too cold. However, when I left the first review, the seller massages me and offered a refund. I didn't even have to ask. This is uncommon customer service and I will definitely buy from them again.

The BEST for migraines
I get migraines/headaches often and saw this on tiktok.. thought I’d give it a try and it is such a lifesaver. My headaches and migraines are gone within minutes and helps me fall asleep quickly! I put it in the freezer but felt it was too cold to use which was a little uncomfortable. I like using it “room temperature” and still think it has the cooling effect! Wish I knew about this sooner because it is a life changer!

Mid at best
This cap is mid at best. The cold lasts 5-10 min at most. It is a super intense cold and I absolutely love that for rapid onset ocular migraines buuuuttt the short cold time makes it almost not worth it. It does have some decent compression if that is something you like for your migraines over all ... mid

So comfortable!!!
Seriously this was the Best Buy! Every time I have a headache I put this on and it feels so good and takes my pain away. I keep mine in the fridge and it’s perfectly cold enough and stays cold for a while. It’s so comfortable.!!! Love it!!
