Great little ESC
These are a low amp, small motor ESC. If you are using them within the 4A or less rating all is good. They have a smooth power delivery which is essential for my application. I purchased 2 packs of 3 and all 6 work as expected. Highly recommend for low amp small brushed motor applications. It is often difficult to get smooth control of very small motors (N20's) and these deliver that performance. Would I buy again? Yes, I just did. Additional information, I forgot to include in my original post that these were tested with a digital bench-top power supply and a digital electronic load in addition to battery and motor testing.

Used on a wltoys airplane
The stock airplane is alright. Swapped everything for the AR410, 2.1g servos and this ESC. It runs a 1020 coreless motor. No power issues and everything works fine. Runs a 400mah 1s lipo. I would definitely have a collection of these for those micro plane weekend projects.

Easy to install and use
These are very convenient to drive small brushed DC motors (3.7v). They provide 5v BEC for a receiver and servos. Your may have to splice in different connectors depending on what batteries and receivers you use. The price is very competitive.

Works but pay attention to voltage you give it
Does not come with calibration instructions. To calibrate the throttle settings. Set your TX throttle stick up to max. Plug in the ESC, then set throttle stick down to lowest setting. Works as advertised. Be careful of the voltage you give it. It works up to 4.8 volts and no more than that. Works with 4 AA batteries if you use rechargeable batteries that are only 1.2 volts each. (1.2 x4=4.8v) which is the rated max it works good at. Does not work if you use 4 AA Nicad batteries that are 1.5v each. (1.5x4=6v) which is too much voltage. At 6v the unit simply does nothing. It wasn't damaged though and worked as advertised when I used (4.8)v.
