Super Sharp!
Amazingly sharp. Ordered them because I had a red bump growing on my left inner thigh. As time went on I could see it was not going away but becoming increasingly more large and firm. If you took your thumb and index finger and lightly pinched it between them, it felt like a stiff little ball growing inside. And then my memory was jogged. I was brought to that scene from The 1984’s film Gremlins, when the Mogwai named Gizmo gets wet and those round fur balls form under his skin and then pop out like missiles to form other little Mogwai! I knew I was destined for the same journey as little Gizmo. But I didn’t matter how much I got the spot wet nothing really happened to the extent of a furball launching like I had seen in the movie. I thought to myself, maybe I I could go to the doctors and they could help me extract my new friend/family member. I don’t think they’d charge me as much as they would for a regular birth. They might even do it for free just for the publicity. But as I started thinking about it more.. would they let me keep him? Would the government get involved? They would know I wouldn’t feed it after midnight, I’d seen the movie. I know what happens! But would the trust me enough? I couldn’t leave this up to chance. So I started doing my research. I needed something that would cause as minimal amount of discomfort as possible, while still allowing the freedom of whatever foreign life form was growing inside my leg. That is what led me to google “instruments used for a C section”. Although many looked super fun, there was only one that I knew would get the job done right. The Scalpel. I was discouraged, because first off I am no doctor. I don’t have my license to practice any type of sections on people. I kill bugs for a living, and I didn’t think I would be allowed access to modern medical tools. Maybe used ones I could possible track down on eBay, for very reasonable prices but questionable sanitation. But I didn’t want that, I couldn’t take my chances on secondhand slicers. I needed my hand to be the first hand before any other hands, if I were gonna do this right. So I took a leap of faith and I logged on to my amazon account. I half-heartedly searched, “Scalpel”.. Loading... loading... my internet friggin sucks.. loading. Finally the page pops up. To my ultimate joy A whole page full of Skin Slicers! Turns our they let just about anyone in the public purchase these things! I placed my order. They got here as things from amazon typically do, a short 1 to 2 days later! My wife wanted to pop it for me. Pop it? You don’t pop a Mogwai! It was clear she didn’t understand how birthing works. But regardless of her understanding, this was personal. I had carried this little guy around for weeks. There was a bond there that I couldn’t trust to anyone else. I’d do it myself. I locked myself in the bathroom, and slid off my pants. I opened one of the individually packed sharp sticks. and inspected it for imperfections. Flawless, like my hearts intents. I propped my leg up on the sink counter and carefully pulled my leg skin up for a clearer view of my Mogwai. I made the first incision, but it barely brazed the skin. I decided to add a little more presser... “OH NO!” My wife could hear me scream. I had pushed to hard. There was blood everywhere! a heavy flow streaming down my leg! My wife asked if she could come in. I said No. She could never relate to this much blood in this sort of a place. In my disarray I dropped the publicly sold Medical instrument and rushed over to get some TP. When I applied pressure I noticed the bump was gone. I looked around frantically, there was drops of blood everywhere. I must have injured him or scared him off when my untrained hand attempted it’s first Caesarian. All that I could find on second examination was one of his long hair’s that I must have cut off during the procedure. To this day I don’t know where he went, but if you ever read this I just want you to know that I understand and my door is always open. To sum up my review, these scalpels are really sharp.

Good for shaving the stache
My mustache hair is a little thick and I don't like it but I also don't have the pain tolerance to pluck hair from the top of my lip. It's very very sensitive there. So instead, I purchased these guys and they help eradicate my annoying mustache hairs. The blade is very sharp, sharp enough to cut you deep if you start fooling around with it. You may be wondering, "why don't you just use a regular shaving razor to shave it off dum dum???" WELL thats because I don't SHAVE, MEANING I DON'T OWN A SHAVING RAZOR. I SUGAR WAX NOW. Best decision I have ever made in my life. Often times shaving razors are too big for such a small area and I feel like I have more control with the scalpel. Plus they are pretty affordable as oppose to going to one of those derma-planning spas or idk what its called. TIP: do not use in the dark

Great product.
I recommend these due to the ease of use, the great product, and the practicality of this item. They come individually wrapped in foil so there is no need to fumble around with spare blades and possibly injure yourself or someone else. They are durable, lightweight, and effective. The blades come EXTREMELY SHARP so I do not recommend using these outside of there intended use for that reason. Shipping was extremely fast, and cant really beat the price. Overall extremely satisfied.

Good choice
A perfectly competent surgical tool. The plastic handle is solid and easy to grip. The preloaded blades are the generic #11s you've seen everywhere. The packaging is familiar foil, thick and, seemingly, well sealed.

Scalpels Have Great Use in Machine Embroidery
I got this scalpel to use for situations encountered in sewing. Sometimes you get a rat’s nest between the bobbin and fabric that you are using whether straight sewing or embroidery. It is particularly difficult to get to the tangled threads (top thread and bottom threads have formed a tangled mess) when you are dealing with hooped fabric. You have to lift the hoop without dislodging the fabric. This scalpel made this a very easy maneuver as you only had to raise the hoop a little and could slide it in easily cutting through the threads without damaging the fabric. Since receiving the scalpel I have have had three “opportunities” to use it as described above. It performed really well and took next to no time to deal with the problem. Blades were sharp and care should be given in handling.

While they are good for trimming and cutting they break quite easily

It's quite sharp so be careful, it doesn't sting or no sharp pain of scratch when used.
