Keeley Caverns V2 Reverb and Delay Pedal, White (KCav2)

Keeley's Cavern V2 certainly was more than I expected, ridiculous versatility and gorgeous sounds. Killer old school slapback/tape delay w/ wow&flutter, clear, warm spring reverb. The Shimmer effect is beautiful. Great pedal overall.

Great delay and reverb pedal. Worth the cost. I haven’t noticed any extra noise from it, I have it plugged into my pedal board. It’s looks great, appears to be well-built, is versatile, and functions properly. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a quality pedal.

Great pedal… simple and sturdy.

Only con is that the silly graphics on the pedal make it hard to see the words labeling the knobs.

Great two in one pedal. I might be biased because these are generally the only effects I use, but this pedal is exceptional and fairly heavy duty. The extra reverb/delay options are fun to experiment with, though I usually use the classic style. The tradional spring style reverb is appreciated and digitally reproduces that sound very well. Didn't come with a power supply, but it uses a pretty universal power supply and I had one laying around which was compatible with no issues.

I just got mine today after watching many reviews and demos on YouTube. The pedal is smaller than what I thought which is great to be honest? It has minor scratches, the nobs where whiter than they should, it looks amazing. From tone point of view the rever is fine, the shimmer sound is the best. Thr delay sucks so bad, the time is very short even if you put it at max, its too short. The ratio in the delay is a rotary basically. Thr pedal sounded so bad with my amp in the z loop but sounded better in front of the amp which is kind of weird. Usually time pedals are placed in the fx loop but not this one for some reason, maybe its my amp(peavry 6505mh) or the pedal. I wish i bought strymon instead, mkre expensive but at least worth it.

My favorite setting on this pedal was a warm spring reverb with a touch of delay. The modulated reverb and shimmer reverbs were cool, but I couldn’t really see a use for them in the music I play. I also wish the shimmer had an option for a lower octave as well. All three toggles on the delay sounded fine to me, but none of them blew me away. It’s a quality pedal, cool graphics, no issues. I like the wampler ethereal better, less features than the caverns perhaps but a lot easier for me to dial in a usable tone.

This thing is insanely good value! It sounds fantastic, it covers everything you’d feasibly want from both a delay and a reverb pedal, in one box that takes up less room on your pedal board. From subtle ambience to cavernous reverb this thing does it all with aplomb. There are loads of reviews on YT, check them out before you buy one. Hell why stop at one, get 2, you’ll still have change from what you might have spent on the Strymon!

I'm used to a basic analog delay and this has so many options its insane, really amazing sounds you can get out of it. Really smart useful features, I dont think i would gig with this as there is too much going on, but just kicking back and building some crazy soundscapes in my basement is also a pretty fun way to go,

When you sit down and play around with this pedal you will be amazed at the sounds you can get out of it. I’d never bought a keeley pedal before and after buying this one, I will be buying more.

The delay side of this pedal is outstanding! Many textures and subtle choices!
