This works for my Kobalt Electric mower and charges using the Kobalt charger, so I have 0 complaints.Update: Less than a year later and less than a 20 uses the battery seems to no longer work when it gets below 3 bars.

Purchased in Feb 2023. Still good no problems. Just ordered a 2nd one from company because the battery has been excellent

Update: The seller quickly offered (and delivered!) a refund after reading this review.The battery has never worked properly and now it won't even charge after three months of ownership. The battery doesn't have a snug fit in my Kobalt lawn mower and the same is true for the battery charger. Yes, I bought the correct battery for my machine per their charts. The first use of the fully charged battery it quit with still half a charge left in it. This problem persisted for two months. The next problem started about three weeks ago. I can completely drain the battery while using It only lasts about twenty minutes. I put the battery on the charger and the charger is acting as if the battery is fully charged. If I try multiple times it might charge about half way. Do yourself a favor and buy the factory made battery for your machine. My three year old Kobalt battery is out performing the new battery.

UPDATE:: Customer service is great!! I decided to give the company another chance. A battery was shipped and I recieved it in just a few days. I made sure to charge up the battery fully. Popped it into my lawn mower and I'm back in business!! High hopes the previous battery was a dud.... will update in a few months. Great customer service for sure!!Worked great.... until it wouldnt charge past one bar.... and now its too late to return...how convenient.... :-(

This product is exactly as it listed and works perfectly fine with my lawnmower and trim! Battery is extremely strong and lasted a good while!

At first I was reluctant to buy what I thought was a Chinese knock off, but then I looked at my Kobalt batteries and they have made in China written right on the label. So I got this battery and it fits and works fine.

I thought it was my 40 V. Lowe's electric lawn mower. That wasn't able to do the job, but it turns out it was the battery. This battery is kick a** and does a great job.

I bought this battery to supplement the other batteries I have several items run on this battery.. only shows 2 lights on after being on charger for several hours. Will not run the mower like the other batteries do.. I've only tried to use it 1 time this season and maybe twice last season. That's tooooo expensive to last 1 season.
