Purchased as a gift. Recipient informed me the yarn was a quality product with consistent coloring, shine and softness throughout the three packages. She was very pleased with how the product worked and felt. If you are looking for quality yarn without excessive expense, Red Heart may be the choice for you.

Love the color and the softness of the yarn! I was able to use a nice purple with other yarns together! Made a really good product and the thread didn’t split! It was so easy to use! I recommend you crochet with it!

This yarn works up well without bunching up. I like how it looks when I create amigurumi's. It's m my favorite yarn to us. There was little splitting. The yarn is such a beautiful color. The quality is mid range. It's easy to crochet with. I like that it comes in a bundle of 3.

Price was right. I used the Melt the Ice Toque pattern on Ravelry with a fold over ribbing and it came out really nice. Very bright red really pops.

Great yarn and a great price for the quantity. Using it for loom knit hats. It works up beautifully. Only had one knot out of all that yarn which was nice. It’s a pull skein which I absolutely love! It’s nice and soft and I would definitely buy more red heart yarn. I needed orange and I used the pumpkin and carrot together to make the hat.

Love this yarn for its bright, cheerful colors and easy workability. Crocheted a fringed scarf for my nephew using a moss stitch pattern, came out really nice. Only reason I am giving four stars is that some of the different colors seem to have different textures/softness. The pink and yellow, for example, seem a bit thinner and pull a bit more taught, so keep an eye out for this. Additionally some of the colors are attached to each other with tiny knots rather than the dye shifting (notable in the blue-to-yellow transition and orange-to-pink occasionally), so make sure you tuck these little knots into your stitches so they don't show, especially if you are making something for a kid that likes to pick at loose ends/threads like my nephew does. All-in-all I'm happy with this yarn, the skeins are a decent size, one scarf took me about a skein and a half, plus some extra I cut for the fringe.

Red heart yarn is one of my favorites!The availability of colors is phenomenal so I always check Red Heart first! It is also a great benefit that there are no dye lots so if more yarn is needed, it is easy to do. I enjoy sharing some of the projects I make with this fabulous yarn because good yarn facilitates successful outcomes to projects so I’ve shared a few here.

Some people love Red Heart Super Saver & some people hate it. I used to be one of those people who never ever used it, but I have grown to love it- but for only some projects. It's a very stiff yarn, and sometimes you really need to have a stiffer yarn when crocheting non wearable items. I bought the red, white, and green solid colors for Christmas and made various ornaments like mini stockings, and mug cozies. Since Joanne's closed, I don't have another store that I can go in and just purchase Red Heart Super Saver right off the shelf. Amazon has been a real lifesaver. This price was also better than if I purchased it in a store or ordered it online. Virtually all of my online orders from this manufacturer have been incorrect, and I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to receive it. Amazon delivered this the next day. Three skeins of yarn exactly as pictured and described. I couldn't be happier

I'm an American and I live in Europe and the yarn just isn't the same. Red heart and others like it are not available here on the shelf. It's just different/better to me from what's available here.
