We finally found a great, simple timer that helps our 5-year-old brush her teeth thoroughly each morning and night. All she has to do is press the button when she starts brushing, and when the timer goes off, she knows it’s time to rinse. It’s straightforward enough for her to manage on her own, which is a big win for independence. The sound is loud enough that she can even walk into a nearby room while brushing and still hear it go off. It’s made our routine smoother and has really helped her understand how long she needs to brush without us constantly reminding her. Highly recommend for any parent looking to reinforce good brushing habits!

Such a simple and effective solution to keep kids brushing long enough! I don’t like them using phones/devices for timers, especially near bedtime, so this has helped them a ton. Lights up while active and has a nice chime when the two minutes are up. Plus you can press it a second time to cancel the timer if someone has been playing with it.

We tried a regular timer but the sound was stressful for our whole family which made tooth brushing more of a chore. We liked the sand timers but 4 of them have fallen on the floor and broken right at the thin part. This is very clear, very easy to use, and the sound is loud enough but not jarring or stressful. It seems quite sturdy and not easy to loose. I’m not sure how well it will travel, but I think overall I would recommend it.

My kids go right to this and know how long they need to brush for. A useful tool for kids, and worth the cost. It's fun and educational and promotes healthy habits, makes bedtime run smoother.

I bought a shampoo and conditioner set whose instructions said to leave each on for 2 minutes before rinsing. I needed a 2 minute timer that was easy to start and made a noise. This works perfectly for my needs. It’s just a big button on top that I can hit even with my eyes closed, times the 2 minutes, chimes once and re-sets itself. It isn’t water-proof, so I put it in a plastic bag. According to my atomic clock, the time is accurate. It takes standard AAA batteries. The compartment has a tiny screw to keep it closed.

Kids love this little tooth guy! No more whining over having to brush their teeth, and no more reminders to brush their teeth longer. They some how even brush their teeth better now too. They hop to it, happy as can be. They brush while waiting for the happy little chime. Design is adorable. Kids refer to it like it's a friend. Time is accurate. Sound is noticeable, but not loud. A cute chime. It's bright and happy. It seems durable. It's so cute the kids have been pretty delicate with it, so not to hurt "him".

I like the idea of this more than its actual function. You press the button when you begin brushing and it goes off after 2 minutes. The light itself is like blindingly bright and it makes a short noise when it shuts off. I wish it played a tune or something. Overall not totally impressed, but can still be used as an effective tool for trying to get toddlers to brush their teeth.

This is such a helpful tool. We used to have a small 2min hourglass timer but, they would forget to turn it over, it kept falling off the countertop and the humidity where we live and the bathroom made the sand a bit clumpy at times so you would have to shake it and no notification once the time was up. With this little button the kids can easily put it on and the light indicates it’s still on! And it has a lovely soft little celebratory melody once the 2min has passed. It’s sturdy and won’t fall over. Easy to set up, batteries are not included. Can’t change timer to longer or shorter time, only 2min option. Can highly recommend it!

Does what is described. Lights up and has an alarm at two minutes. Is easy for little hands. Sits easily in the bathroom.

My kid loves this little timer. She uses it with every teeth brush and she has been brushing her teeth for the recommend time (2 minutes) ever since we got it. Small and cute and to the point. Works well!

It’s ok, easy to use but annoying that it’s not waterproof!
