New in box, very cute!

My son loved this cute octonauts toy. He had so much fun playing with it. It is a nice size and very durable.

Toy met my expectations and actually came bigger than what I thought it was going to be. My son can’t get enough of it! Plays with it almost everyday with all of the other octonaut toys I’ve purchased. Only issue it the wings keep falling off! They are easy to put back on which is good. But overall, thumbs up!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. My grandson wished for this for Christmas. Came out of the box broken, the head off. I returned it, ordered another, and when it arrived, it also arrived broken with the head off. Rather than return it again, my son superglued the head back on solving the immediate problem. This toy is just an expensive piece of junk.

Nice product overall, and maybe I was just unlucky, but in my case the quality of the main character seemed poor — his head and body were separated, broken right out of the package

Prompt delivery of item as described on site. Arrived, well boxed in good condition. Competitively priced. Would have liked the courier driver who delivers when not home to put in safer place out of view from street. I do leave a container near front door, clearly marked for this. Delivery driver obviously too rushed to see.
