Excellent product. I found out I do not produce Lactase naturally but for years suffered with all the stomach trouble from dairy unaware. Lactaid is reliable and most effective. This product version requires 3 pills for the 9,000 unit dose and that is fine. It starts working immediately to break down dairy products of all kinds. The pills are tiny, there is no noticeable odor or taste, and I like the bottle version to carry it with me everywhere. Don't miss out on getting your vitamin D from dairy since it makes you feel better. Using Lactaid keeps me from those surprise bathroom visits nobody wants.

My favorite food group is dairy so I've been living on Lactaid for over 30 years. I know what dairy I can actually eat without taking Lactaid and what diary my body won't accept even with lactaid so that's no reflection on these pills. Because of the price of Lactaid pills and going through so many of them, I've been buying generic. Yes, I've found them to work just as well for me. This is how my body works. I know people who can't eat a piece of milk chocolate even with a pill. If you're new to trying Lactaid and like diary products, this can be a lifesaver but you're going to have to find your own tolerances as to where the Lactaid works and where it doesn't. It won't be the fault of the pill, it's your body. The reason I bought these is because I finally found a competitive price to the generics without catching a sale price in the store.

Excellent product for those that are lactose intolerant. The only thing I have to say about it is that the serving size tells you to take three. That’s unnecessary for some people. When I first discovered I was lactose intolerant I only needed one. As I got older my stomach got more prone to dairy and I’d need two and NOW I need three. I wouldn’t be surprised if after a while I may even need four! If your stomach is not extremely sensitive to dairy I’d recommend just one. Just sensitive then two. Very sensitive then I’d go with three.

I used to skip ice cream and cheese because dairy always left me bloated and cramping within an hour. Started popping one of these lactase caplets right before meals with milk, yogurt, or pizza. Works fast, no gas or discomfort even after a big bowl of cereal. Been using them for a month at family dinners and outings, never had an issue. Small and easy to carry in my bag. Great product. I'm lactose intolerant, and really sensitive to cheese and chocolate which is basically in everything I eat lol. These definitely help reduce symptoms. I'd comfortably estimate it reduces symptoms by 85%+. You'll be happy with it.

Works great, sometimes I take two if it a really thick cream or ice cream but they definitely work.
