Amazing Device!
Works absolutely great. No loss of tone. No latency. Rechargeable. Hinge to prevent damage to the guitar if you throw it on a stand while still plugged in. Multiple channels available to deal with interference. What can I say I love it. Very far range as well. I am a professional guitarist and I use these on the road.

User Friendly, Easy To Use, Great Sounding, and Cost Effective
I discovered the Xvive U2 on a video posted by a guitar amplifier builder, and the positive feedback gained my attention. At the time – and this was three years ago – I had been looking for a reasonably priced wireless guitar system; a previous model I had, which required a belt pack transmitter, was problematic and cumbersome. Being literally a plug and play, this seemed like a perfect fit for me. After the initial charge, I connected the transmitter and receiver to my guitar and amp respectively and... the sound was right there. No hassles, no complications. And the tone had much more presence and clarity than a guitar cable. The rechargeable battery to me is more practical than relying on AA/AAA/9V batteries. There was one occasion where I forgot to charge the system before leaving for a gig; I simply plugged the charging cable to my car's USB port and connected the cable to the U2 and had a full charge within an hour. Ever since, the U2 has been a constant fixture in my arsenal. I've not found a more user friendly wireless system that fits my needs. And I've taken full advantage of what this has to offer during live performances – I've gone out into crowds, climbed up on chairs and tables, gone over under sideways down on the stage... And I'm glad to say I've influenced a number of friends here in the Detroit area to get one for themselves. This past weekend, I loaned this to my band's bass player to use in his Rolling Stones tribute project – and it delivered big time. I've uploaded the video to accompany this review. – Bottom Line – Pros: - Plug and play (almost literally) - No cumbersome belt packs - Very good battery life with convenient recharging method - Respectable range (+/- 90 ft) given its compact size - Great sound quality - Rechargeable and not external battery Cons: - Can be susceptible to interference from WiFi (it's happened to me a couple of times, but I just changed frequencies and that rectified it) - Could be scenarios where there are not enough frequencies for the number of users (there are four different frequencies, and I've been in a situation before where there were three different players using the U2; there cannot be more than four players using a U2 system in a setting for this reason) - Risk of transmitter being struck by objects while plugged in (although in fairness, this is a risk with practically every wireless system) Would Like To See: - A battery status monitor indicating full charge, half charge, 20 min remaining - More frequencies/channels - Longer range

Work Well
The Xvive system works very, very well. There is no loss of signal; there is no delay. In some settings they pick up extraneous noise and are unusable, but that is rare. I had one receiver die after about five years of use, so I purchased this set. If you switch between instruments as I do, you can use more than one transmitter, but they can’t be on simultaneously.

not good. no good. bad.
this wireless system works well for a year and then the charge no long lasts. Not a good product. would not re-buy again. spend extra and get a better product that will keep it's charge after a year.

Good wireless unit and value for the cost.
This is my 2nd set. The first lasted about 2 years and worked superbly until it didn’t. Like any rechargeable the battery life will wane. It worked so well, that when I wanted to replace the old set I stuck with the same unit. I play guitar every day and get about 4-5 hours of playing on a charge. No interference, great wireless. I can walk all over my house and stay connected to my amp. Over time the use time between charges will drop. I was still getting 2-3 hours on a charge on my old unit, but finally the transmit died. Felt like I got my value out of it considering the hours I put on it.

Muting sound with no amp interference
I have purchased both the XVive and Lelato on amazon. Both are equal in sound quality, ease of use, battery, life, etc. I prefer the. XVive due to the fact that when I put the transmitter on mute/off, it does not make a sound on the amp similar to when unplugging an amp before it is turned off. The Lelato, on the other hand makes a very noticeable sound when I turn the transmitter off. I have tried both systems on multiple amps, including Ampeg, Rumble and, Phil Jones. I play worship music, and it is necessary to mute my sound frequently when we are not playing. Maybe I’m doing something wrong with the Lakato, would appreciate any comments from others, who have used both systems.

Ok… these are not really expensive, high-end systems. However, they ARE reliable, easy to use and relatively cheap. So, cheap, in fact, and so reliable that I have 3 of systems. I use two xmitters on the same channel (one at a time, of course)and one receiver plugged in to the amp. for multiple instruments. I’ve had a drop-out once or twice during a two week gig. But that was due to my dum-a$$ move of putting my IPhone down on the pedalboard. The thing I Don’t like is that they seem to have skimped on the diameter of the plug ground sleeve. It doesn’t seem to have enough “grip” on the jack. Now, I’ve not had a dropout that I could directly attribute to that “somewhat” undersized plug. But they DO seem to be a little loose in the jacks. As I said, I own three of these sets and the looseness didn’t dissuade me from buying two more. Bottom line, it’s very good value for the money, considering how crazy expensive these wireless can get. Latency is not bad. I’m not one to dance around or wander around; I just the freedom of my guitar, banjo, and fiddle. not being tethered.

I find that after charging, that the batteries last around 4 hours. They work real well! Virtually no latency, and work well with my small rechargeable amp and acoustic guitar.

My first thought was I was getting a wireless that may or may not sound as good as the cable. I was wrong. They sound better. They have a high output. The battery lasts for a long time and its great to be able to walk away when needed and still play.

tried 2 other wireless systems with bad quality experience and 'hissing' sound using my bass electric guitar , which is non active, and plugging into my bass amp. This Xvive U2 Guitar Wireless 2.4 system worked and paired immediately out of the box. After I fully charged, Quality of sound was good, no delays, no interferences, no drop outs when walking around the entire house, (haven't tried it at a live gig yet) transmitter and receiver seem to be well made, ... however packaging inside box was substandard without any Styrofoam popcorn or air bags with product box bouncing around inside packaging box. so far, I would recommend this product
