Update: Luxor reached out to me and replaced my lost bracelet. It has a new improved clasp/magnet and I’m so happy to wear it again. It’s a really good looking bracelet and so glad they have improved the clasp. Old post: I loved this bracelet, but unfortunately the clasp doesn’t always stay closed. After 8 months, it’s gone. I noticed the clasp come undone a few times and was able to retrieve, but today, I lost it :(

Looks nice and good quality but really hard to take off by yourself
I wish I could give this 5 stars because the quality seems good and I love the way it looks, however, I find it really difficult to take off my wrist by myself (unless someone can give me a good tip on how to take it off!). The only way I can get it off is if someone else helps me, which is really annoying...

Yes it arrived late, but I accepted that because it was beautiful. Unfortunately it broke after less than 2 weeks. That is not good enough, especially for the price I paid. I expected top quality! I have the pieces and will return them, but I expect a new one in perfect condition ASAP. I will not wait for months again!!! Or l will warn all my friends on Facebook about you, and tell them not to purchase anything from you!!! I am so upset and disappointed. I just can't believe 😪 this 😢 I strongly advise you take action straight away! When are you going to come and get the broken one and replace it? Please advise ASAP OR I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU!!!!! How many times do I have to tell you that I want to return it and get a new one that won't break so soon. When are you going to reply to my request?
