I love this thing. It was time to retire my Rubbermaid refillable and the reviews said that the new design was not as great as the OG which is no longer available. Spent a little more to upgrade to the Bona and I'm glad I did. It does everything I need it to and cleans very well. The included cleaning solution really is better than just using any old cleaner. I had ordered an additional cartridge of cleaner (so I have one hardwood, and one multi surface for the lamanent and tile) and it came with a huge dent. I reached out to Bona directly from their website and they sent a new one, no issues. If you have any issues at all during shipping reach out to Bona. Their customer service was excellent. Very glad I purchased this.

This is the third one I have purchased. I love the system, but the person that uses it is very rough and breaks them. Maybe they should look into stronger plastic. I've added pictures where the plastic is thin and breaks. I store it upright, so it's not getting damaged during storage, only with use. When I was the only one using it, I found that it held up great!

Second mop we have purchased. Last one lasted 6 years.Eventually they stop spraying,just spit out ,or dribbles. We have wood floors use it twice a week.Comes with a pad and small amount of concentrated cleaner.

We previously had a no name floor cleaner with a removable bottle which was so hard to remove that it took 2 of us to pull the bottle off. After viewing the video on this item and the bottle is removable by clicking a button and the larger size, reusable, washable pads we were sold. Those mops with the throw away pads are expensive to use each time you need a new mop. Also Bona cleaners come in a variety of liquids for tile, linoleum, parkay flooring, and other types of natural and man made surfaces. The pad is an additional 25% larger than other brands allowing for more surface contact cleaning. The product is made of good quality metal and plastic.

Great product and company, but the trigger on the mop handle broke after 1 use. Now I have to put the cleaner into a trigger sparayer and carry two things around the house. The search for something that works continues!!

Great system but way overpriced

Purchased this to clean our Engineered hardwood floors and it works very well. It was very easy to put together following the step by step instructions and one cleaning package last for several cleans; I have not replaced it yet. The cleaner glides nicely over the floor and the solution leaves a nice shine. Would recommend .

This is a brilliant product and I am enjoying using it for my cleaning!!

Arrived in good time. Very securely wrapt so everything was in tip top order. Slotting the handle together was a bit of a mission for me. I had to get hubby to use his muscles to get the click the instructions say will happen when together securely. I had problems getting it to spray at first, but with a bit more pressure on the bottle to get it in place, the spray was spraying. It can deposit a lot of spray in a small area if you spray with the handle near vertical (upright) or covers a large area finely if sprayed with the handle held closer to the floor. We have used it once and are happy with the result. The only thing I would say is I should have checked the listing more as I was expecting more cleaning liquid than arrived.

After only a handful of uses, trigger stopped working and I’s stuck with the cleaning bottles i purchased. Very disappointed.
