I really like working with Bernat Softee Cotton yarn and have crocheted many projects using it. The Dusk Sky color is beautiful and soft, and the yarn has a smooth, even texture that makes crocheting simple and relaxing. It glides nicely on the hook/needles without splitting and creates clean, consistent stitches. I also love that it’s lightweight yet durable—perfect for garments, blankets, and home décor projects. I’m currently making a flower themed blanket for my niece and can already tell that it’s going to turn out beautiful. The 3-pack is a decent value, although yarn prices in general have risen way too high as of late. Aside from that though, the quality is good and exactly what I expect from Bernat. I’ll definitely continue purchasing this yarn again for future projects (as long as the price doesn’t keep going up). 🧶

Good yarn, soft and smooth. I crochet, and I have heard it said that this yarn feels a lot like I Love This Cotton, but with less pilling, and I find that to be true. As far as the size, it's listed as a 3 weight, and I'd say it's on the heavier side of 3, not quite a 4 weight. It's a cotton/acrylic blend. I do recommend it.

This yarn is very soft and perfect for baby blankets. Frequently, however, there are some pretty messy knots from the center of the skein that require patience to unravel them.

The yarn itself is great! It's nice and soft for a cotton blend, and the colors are just lovely. I'm combining white, dusk sky, and refresh for a summer baby blanket, and they look great together! The light tones in the refresh color are more of an off white than a true white, but it's close enough to look good. My only complaint is the shipping, which is why I took off a star. The blue one was shipped in just the product bag. The bag got all dirty in transit, but since there are holes in the bag, my yarn got dirty too! Hopefully it'll wash out. To whoever ships these - please put it in an extra bag! Nobody wants a dirty product.

This is my favorite yarn for baby blankets. I have made several so far in other colorways. It's a nice weight, washes up nicely, the colors are perfect baby colors, and it's easy to work with - whether crochet or knitting (I've done both). For this most recent blanket, I made a version of a knitted wave blanket with garter sections between. I also purchased a cream color, which matches perfectly to this variegated color way. I think cotton is perfect for baby blankets, but straight kitchen cotton is too heavy imo. This blend is just right - it holds its shape better, and the colors stay true longer. As long as they keep making this line and I keep making baby blankets, I'll keep buying it.

Love it! So very soft. The yarn tends to split a little while you work with it but it’s not a big deal at all.

My favorite cotton yarn. I absolutely love using this yarn. It’s doesn’t split easily and makes the softest and most beautiful items. The blankets I have made with it are warm yet cooling and breathable. The shades are beautiful as well. Will buy again and again and again and recommend to everyone!

I have knit a top with this yarns. Nice colour, soft and good quality yarn.

I was making a baby blanket with this and it was the best material. The yarn isn’t thick as it’s just cotton and acrylic mixed together but it crochets well together. The colour was very accurate and was a pure white which was perfect for a new born blanket. The yarn didn’t snap, shed or frog which was amazing. It was easy to use. 9/10 product would recommend and buy again
