This is so nice! I dont have to worry about forgetting my key anymore. The installation was very easy and straight forward and programming it with a new code was very simple and basic. The quality is nice and does a great job. I am very happy with this purchase. We'll worth the money!

Easy to install, program, and to use. I installed several of these as interior locks to prevent curious children from getting into places they shouldn't be. These are life savers and I'm so glad they're available at such a good price.

Amazing product! I ordered a few of these and all works great. The design is beautiful and it is very easy to use.

Finally, an easy solution to keep my pantry and some closets locked. I have a special needs child which requires me to keep food locked up. I found this very easy to install. I use a very simple two number code. The knob works great. I wish I had this many years ago it has made my life much less stressful.

The overall aesthetics, design, and function of this knob set are all excellent. The bolt, locking, and security attributes all seem both precision and heavy duty. The setup or “programming” of passcodes is simple - and easily implemented. There were only 2 “curiosities” I personally encountered. Since I was interested only in a fast installation requiring no advanced features, I did not track down the further information to answer my questions. So for what it is worth… I found the two (knob skirt flange to door surface) rubber sealing gaskets (inner and outer) to be a PITA to install, so they lay perfectly “flat”. On each seal, there is a flat “smooth” side - and its other side has a slight groove (or “track”) in them - which I “assumed” faces the knob, allowing its perimeter edge to “ride in it” - creating a seal between it and the door surface. The assembly drawing provided is not specific enough in detail to confirm or contradict this assertion. However, my best effort to hold the seal in proper positioning - with that track to flange relationship - (to remain perfectly in place around the entire circumference) while tightening the mounting screws - failed. And although there is a continuous seal of the rubber around the knob skirt, it is not uniformly flat and evenly spaced in its width around the flanges, in appearance. This was the case both on the interior and exterior surfaces. Therefore it may be that the seal should be inverted - such that its smooth side faces the knob, while the side with the channel mates to the door surface. My other unsolved mystery was in a failed attempt to successfully program a time period of “delaying the automatic re-locking after an unlock” (using my code) - was successfully achieved. I may be misunderstanding the feature description. But In following the sequence written in the instructions, the lock always indicated an error (red) before I even completed the sequence of codes to be inputted. So setting aside at least one of the fancy features (that I never considered anyway until I read the instructions) this is a very nice knob set. Its materials, design, feel, installation, and security all seem to be of very high quality and never hint that the unit (like most all items now in our market) is made in China. I do recommend this model for anyone wanting this feature set in a door knob that adequately secures your home, yet allows simple passcode access to those granted via the correct code.

So many things wrong with this lockset I can't even list them all. The latch assembly binds making turning the knob to open it difficult. It comes with rubber washers to seal the round plates that fit against the door (good idea in theory): they are floppy and almost impossible to fit into place; if you had 3 hands it might help. The knobs have a nice textured rubber grip: if and when they wear out they cannot be replaced. With such narrow knobs it is pretty difficult to turn them - without the rubber grips it might be impossible, especially if your hands are sweaty. The buttons are difficult to see unless you stoop. To unlock the door so you can come in and out, say to bring in several bags of groceries, you have to enter a special code. That means to (un)set it to pass-through mode you have to do it from the outside. In fact everything the lock can do has to be done from the outside. During the last half century I have installed dozens and dozens of locksets of many different brands. It usually takes all of fifteen minutes MAX. This took me hours. I thought the reason it was difficult to open was because the latch plate was off a bit (very old house). Not the problem. Oh, the wooden stop the door closes against needed to be removed and put back on to accommodate the door because it has warped a wee bit. That wasn't the problem. All in all I spent hours trying to get it installed. Programming: in order to make any changes you have to enter the master code first. Good luck finding it. It is nowhere that I could find in the instructions. Turns out it is in a VERY small box with TINY print on one of the flaps on the box it came in. I found it by accident. Just in case you're crazy enough to buy this thing the master code is 123456. The keys that come with the lockets are cheap and feel like they're going to break off when you use them (you'll need to have them so you can get in while you're looking for the master code or adjusting the door frame so you'll need to plan a trip to a hardware store/locksmith to get something solid made for you. If you like punishment this is the lockset for you. If your tastes are less extreme avoid this thing like the plague.

Works as well as shown. No nonsense product. Easy to install. The directions are idiot proof. Check the existing holes if replacing a knob.
