It’s very good and has a smooth taste. Not as strong for my liking. But you can definitely feel and taste a difference! I would get again!!

I notice a lot of reviews with regards to this coffee being weak, bitter, watery, flat etc. My suggestions, depending on your choice of preparation, drip, French press, etc. The grinder type, grind size of the coffee, amount of tablespoons used is very important, just as is the water temperature. In my opinion and experience, you do not want your water temperature to exceed 200 degrees F. And in my choice of French press, steep for only 4 min. I use a Baratza Virtuoso + burr grinder. Please note, I find that burr grinders do require more frequent cleaning. If not, the grind changes and becomes finer, thus altering the taste. After I let it steep for 4 minutes, I pre-heat thermos with the 200 degree water before pouring coffee from French press into thermos. I also use filtered water. The reason for my lower review on this post is because there were no "Best by" dates on either bag of coffee I recieved. I have purchased this coffee multiple times and it has always had the date listed. Purity, please make sure the date is listed. This oversite concerns me as a quality control issue. I will not continue to purchase the product or will send it back if this is the new norm!

Extremely clean taste and low acidity. Unlike regular big box brands. Definitely worth the price.

I love this coffee! It tastes so good, and pure 😉 beans aren’t oily so they work well in machines. For something I’m putting in my body daily - I’m happy to know it’s free of mold and toxins!

Excellent taste and it’s nice knowing that it’s organic and pure. However the price of it makes it hard to justify buying it on a regular basis.
