A grat 5mp Security Camera
I recently purchased the 5MP Analog Coax Dome TVI CVI CCTV Surveillance Security Camera with a 2.8mm 100° wide viewing angle, and I wanted to share my experience with this product. First and foremost, the wide 100° viewing angle provides extensive coverage, making it suitable for monitoring large outdoor areas. Whether it's a backyard, driveway, or entrance, the camera effectively captures a broad perspective, reducing blind spots and ensuring comprehensive surveillance. The 5MP resolution is a standout feature of this camera. The high level of detail in the captured footage allows for clear and precise identification of objects and individuals. This is particularly crucial for security purposes, ensuring that any events or incidents are recorded with clarity. The 65ft IR night vision capability adds an extra layer of security by allowing the camera to capture detailed images in low-light conditions or complete darkness. The infrared LEDs provide illumination without alerting potential intruders to the camera's presence, enhancing its effectiveness during nighttime surveillance. The full metal housing of the camera is robust and weatherproof, ensuring durability and protection against the elements. This design is especially important for outdoor installations, where the camera needs to withstand various weather conditions for reliable long-term performance. It's worth noting that this camera is specifically designed to be compatible with 4MP, 5MP, and 8MP DVR systems and works with Amcrest NVR. This compatibility ensures a seamless integration into existing surveillance setups, providing flexibility for users who may have diverse security equipment. The dome design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also serves a practical purpose by making the camera more tamper-resistant. The dome casing adds an extra layer of protection against vandalism, enhancing the overall security of the surveillance system. In conclusion, the 5MP Analog Coax Dome TVI CVI CCTV Surveillance Security Camera has proven to be a reliable and high-performance addition to my security setup. The wide viewing angle, high-resolution footage, night vision capabilities, and durable construction make it a valuable choice for anyone looking to enhance their surveillance capabilities. If you're in the market for a versatile and effective outdoor security camera, I highly recommend considering this product.

Very well built
I like the casing its super strong and looks like you could take a bat to it. I used other cameras that had the wifi antenna sticking out and I didn't like that so connecting them to the ethernet is better and looks cleaner. the pan tilt function is smooth and works well. the up and down movement is much better than others because when its mounted on the wall you can pan to the horizon all the way to the floor. it also pans pretty much 360 horizontal. these are more professional than other commercial models. they are built better and will last a lot longer. I use them in the home and office but they are really meant for professional business settings I think. either way, they are great. I saw on the app that you can connect multiple cameras to the same app and see the images at the same time or manage all through the same app, so that's what I plan on doing. the cloud service is cheap too. just a couple dollars. it was easy to connect as well because you don't have to mess with wifi connection which can be trouble sometimes. these connect right up and then you can start using it through the phone. the image is super clear. love the image. at night the IR works well too. everything is very crisp. they do have tech support but I havn't used it yet but its something I never see with other brands. so that's a definite plus. it also has all the bells and whistles like auto tracking and notifications when it spots something moving etc. it also seems to hold up to the elements really well. the shell protects from the outside with no problems. I will be buying a few more. A+ purchase.

PLUGNPLAY W MY LOREX 4K
I just got around to testing this with my Lorex 4K system and it worked just fine. It took the Lorex DVR a few seconds to interpret the signal and it picked it right up. It is very nice to find a camera that just works with no issues. Didn't notice any frequency lines just a nice clear picture. I'm running my test through a 25 ft Siamese cable. I won't comment on the infrared night vision because I haven't installed this yet and tested that feature. Most of the infrared cameras work fairly well and you can always add extra infrared light if you need it to record in stealth mode. I expect this will have ok infrared capability but I often have some sort of light in the background somewhere near where I have my cameras and that gives me color at night which I find a lot more beneficial. I am very happy to be able to add this 2.8 mm lens 5MP wide view (fish eye) cam to my system.

Worked great for 25 months.
I bought two of these and were exactly what I was looking for. Work well with both my NVR softwares, ONVIF, RTSP, H.264/65. Much better image quality than Lorex at a lower price. It definitely seems cheaper materials and build quality but whatever as long as it works. DDNS is nice if anyone needs that it has dyndns and no-ip. However, I had to come back and leave a 2-star review because one of them stopped working after 25 months and factory reset etc does not fix it. It just bricked. Meanwhile the Lorexes will probably be working for many more years.

Good Quality Camera
Picture quality is good, but if you ever need tech support and are a DIY, good luck. Make sure you keep the UPC code for each camera which is needed to connect the camera to the system or when you reboot the system. Only a trained technician knows how to do it without a UPC code. Every time I log in, it takes me to a city in mainland China, which is a major reason I'm replacing Hik-Vision cameras. 再见 Zàijiàn good bye Hik-Vision .
