Reliable and long-lasting
The Best machine! Have just bought a new one after replacing previous one (which was purchased second hand) and used daily for 6 years! It gives just the right amount of coffee and easy to clean and use.

Beautiful design and works as expected
Love the product. It is easy to use. Instructions are easy to follow. Everything is as expected. Got it for my friend as a present. One thing I am surprised about is the power plug is not a UAE standard one. It is a type C two-pin plug (which is European standard plug excluding UK) So if you are buying it, make sure you have an adapter.

Very Disappointed
Item doesn't work. Water just continously leaks at the bottom of the unit. It also vibrates too much I can leave on the table. Box is already openned when I got it. I feel like I got sold a used item, its so bad.
