Works really well with my Mitsubishi split system. Have to make sure the device is in front of the unit for it to work best. Also ensure no other IR devices like Ring cameras are causing IR interference.

Not worth the money considering you need to sign up for a subscription for even the most basic features. Basicly you get a sensor and the ability to turn air con on and off via your phone.. anything else requires the premium subscription.. even something as simple as being able to schedule when the features turn on or off requires a subscription! You can also only control one device with each sensibo unit which seems a bit restrictive as it uses IR, so could theoretically be connected to as many devices as you need. I have no problem with additional subscriptions if they add additional features not supported directly by the device.. but here they seem to be just blocking native/ built in features requiring unless you subscribe. This really should be sold as ‘requiring’ a subscription NOT optionally subscribe for advanced ‘ai features’ as it currently mentions as this is not correct Its also fair enough if they are going to subsidise the hardware, but they aren’t.. you’re paying full price for the hardware then being asked to pay monthly to access it! Better off just buying a climate sensor and an IR controller, then you can control as many devices as you want and have access to all the features you paid for.

Great product, we originally purchased the Air, but we thing the device was faulty so returned and went for the pro. However the device is also a little temperamental. However the device is worth the investment, not sure if the extra payment for the pro to monitor air quality is worth it in rural uk. The unit detects temperature and allows our Mitsubishi unit to now be full autonomous. After some temperature tweaking the unit now switches on and off at predetermined temp or humidity levels saving money. Recommended. As said in a previous review the unit needs constant power so consider where you will place the item as it needs line of sight.

You know those winter evenings when you wished you could put your heating on before you got home because it was so cold and miserable? Then somebody invented the HIVE (and others) and that became a reality? Well, for those fancy gits that have AC, you can now do this with your air conditioner. Yeah, 1st world problems I know. But after you've been sweating your t*ts off because you are too tight to fix the AC on your car, this is a god send! (I do realise the irony of what I just said btw....But I'm not going to sit in my car with my meat and 2 veg out enjoying the breeze..... am I?

I bought this for a computer home office that has air conditioning. I do not want the air con on all of the time - I wanted a automated solution that would only start the aircon when the temperature inside the office got too high. This does the job without the Plus Cloud annual subscription. The downloaded phone app has a feature called 'Climate React'. Open that and set your temperature and processes to achieve the above. One thing to note - during setup, it will not allow you to manually enter a hidden WiFi name. So I had to make my wifi unhidden during the setup, and then change it back to hidden afterwards. Seems to be okay. It comes with a plug but I am powering it from one of the USB ports on my computer just fine.

Fantastic with no WiFi on my aircon this sorted that problem and now can use the unit anywhere in the world

Bought as they state their device works with all units. It does not work with a Meaco Cool 12000Pro series portable AC even though their compatibility lists Meaco (although no models). Now I’m not going to give it no stars just because it doesn’t work with my particular unit however they lose a star for misleading information. It clearly doesn’t work with all. They lose another star as other than basic temperature, humidity, CO2 and TVOC, much of the additional information you have to purchase as others have said. Giving credit where credit is due, their support team were really helpful and we got to the point of them asking me to fire the AC remotes commands at their unit so they could learn the codes I guess so they could program their device to mimic, and here comes the next loss of star, they went quiet on me. Therefore I’m taking up the warranty from Amazons 30 day return as the device is an expensive air quality sensor and doesn’t do what it was intended to do.

De Sensibo Air PRO heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen en is een must-have voor iedereen die zijn airconditioning of verwarming slim wil bedienen. Dit apparaat maakt het mogelijk om je klimaatbeheersysteem eenvoudig te automatiseren en op afstand te bedienen, wat mijn leven aanzienlijk gemakkelijker heeft gemaakt. Wat ik het meest waardeer, is de gebruiksvriendelijke app. Met de Sensibo-app op mijn smartphone kan ik de temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid in mijn huis in de gaten houden, waar ik ook ben. Het instellen van schema's is eenvoudig; ik kan bijvoorbeeld mijn airco aanzetten voordat ik thuis kom, zodat ik altijd in een comfortabele omgeving aankom. De geavanceerde sensoren van de Air PRO zijn geweldig. Ze detecteren de temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid in de ruimte en passen de instellingen automatisch aan voor optimaal comfort. Dit zorgt niet alleen voor een aangenamere leefomgeving, maar helpt ook om energie te besparen. Een ander geweldig kenmerk is de stemcommando-integratie. Het werkt perfect met zowel Google Assistant als Amazon Alexa, waardoor ik mijn klimaatregeling eenvoudig met mijn stem kan bedienen. Dit is vooral handig als ik mijn handen vol heb met andere taken. Daarnaast is de installatie heel eenvoudig. Het apparaat is compatibel met vrijwel elke airconditioner of verwarmingssysteem, en de set-up was binnen enkele minuten voltooid. De stijlvolle en compacte vormgeving past perfect in mijn interieur, zonder op te vallen. Al met al is de Sensibo Air PRO een uitstekende investering voor iedereen die zijn binnenklimaat wil verbeteren en een slimme, efficiënte oplossing zoekt. Ik ben er zo blij mee dat ik het aan iedereen kan aanbevelen!

I bought 4 of the basic ones some years back, 2 failed after about 3 years (admittedly Covid meant they weren't used much) , they replaced the 2 , which was fantastic. One more has since failed. Thought I would buy the top of the Line Pro ones, really not worth it. They seem to want to charge you for everything, so I really paid double to get a humidity reading? Set up was a little painful , and when I finally got it to work I didn't even know it? Great Company, Great Products but expensive.

Mit dem Gerät konnte ich endlich meine über 10 Jahre alte Klimaanlage smart Home fähig machen. Der Preis ist zwar etwas hoch, aber die Funktionalität ist 1A !!! Die Steuerung über die App läuft einwandfrei mit wesentlich mehr Funktionen als die Fernbedienung bietet.
