This was recommended to me while I’m the hospital. As I needed more protein in my diet they began giving me one container at my evening meal. To my surprise it was really good. After I got home I began ordering it through amazon as an easy and convenient way to increase protein. I enjoyed both flavors. My elderly father now also takes it as seniors need that extra protein in their diet. It has no after taste and if you like jello you would enjoy this product. Plus to know that it is recommended by the hospital as a boost to your protein makes it a safe and effective alternative to protein drinks.

Great flavor, texture is surprising, kind of a mix between jello and applesauce. I will buy again. I struggle with protein shakes and bars. Can’t stand chalky or overly sweet so these are the best I’ve found that I can tolerate. For 20 grams of protein, they are a good bang for your buck. Average to a tub of protein powder.

Very tart and globby. Not like regular jello. I ate one for the protein, but ended up throwing that up.

The gelatin is very sweet, too sweet for my pallet. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. But if you like really sweet, then you’ll like this.

Great gelatin. Tastes good and good source of protein too. I had these in the hospital and they were one of the few things I enjoyed. I always ordered these when I could! I wanted to find them for my recovery when I was out. I am thankful I could find them here!
