3.5 Actually
Serpent & Dove is an adventure. Based in a French setting, it made me take revision of a language I haven’t revisited since grade 8. Lou is a thief at the beginning of book 1 and her transformation till book 3 is very dynamic. She goes from being a humorously witty character to someone who has had a lot stolen from her. There is betrayal and death, gods and monsters, but none is black and white.
