Year later update: I have put this bag through its paces. I’ve noticed a little strain here and there, but nothing major. Back to buy one in a different color. Love. Original review: This back pack is my attempt to stop looking like the pack animal teacher when I go to school. I’ve been using this as a purse for about a month—I’ve found a lot to like: One-Stop Top: Most of the storage comes from opening the top. Everything is visible, so I don’t lose things in lots of little compartments. Best Use of Velcro in a Bag: The Velcro shelf allows me to carry my laptop while boosting up the bottom of rest of the main compartment. Again—I lose fewer items. Well-Designed Charging Port: The port on the outside connects to a cord on the inside. The pocket that holds the charger is level with the port. Makes sense since the shelf raises the bottom of the bag, but it also keeps you from having an exposed cord to tangle with other items. (I bought another back pack with a similar look, but the charger pocket is at the bottom of the case. That became my dealbreaker.) finally, the side pockets are tall enough that my large-size iPhone is concealed while it charges. I keep the charging cord for the outside in the slim outer pocket, so I don’t have to dig around in the main one. Sturdy and Deep Side Pockets: My plastic soda bottles hold steady without a problem. And because the pockets have high sides, it’s not as obvious that I HAVE a soda problem. (You can call them water bottle pockets all you want. I know what they’re for.) The Lunch Box Compartment! It’s not just for lunch. It has worked well for snacks, but has also been handy for carrying other things. This summer, I’ve used it mostly to carry the light weight sweater that I’ll need when I go into a super air-conditioned building. It’s been great for running quick errands where I’ll need to buy a few small things. No extra bag needed, and it doesn’t get mixed up in the main compartment. The straps are adjustable and comfortable enough that it’s not distracting. I’ve used the standing handles more than I thought I would. So far, they have not gotten in my way. I thought they might bump into my hair or neck, but that hasn’t been a thing. Durability-wise, we will wait and see. Before this I schlepped my college backpack to and from my classroom. It’s given me MANY good years. I doubt this will be up for that kind of wear and tear, but that’s okay. One thing I’m noticing is that, at least with the shelf in place, this bag holds its shape better when I have my laptop or iPad or even a letter-sized, hard-back book in the laptop compartment. Also, I always keep the lunch box in the compartment. It folds up easily enough, but it helps give the bag more stability when using the shelf. Before I carried a backpack, a lunch box, and a purse to school. This year I think I’ve got it figured out. Fingers-crossed that I won’t be the pack animal teacher this time around. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

This backpack exceeded my expectations! The first thing I noticed when I removed the packaging was the quality of the material. I would compare it to that of a JanSport backpack. I've only had it a couple of days but it feels as though it will last a long time! The body of the backpack is light gray in color with light blue accents around the zippers which are gold in color. I love that it is both fashionable and functional. My absolute FAVORITE features of this backpack... 1) The opening of the largest compartment is supported by a metal frame that makes putting items into the backpack super easy! You don't have to fight with gravity trying to stuff things in and keep the sides up at the same time. I can not put enough emphasis on how great this feature is! 2) It comes with a USB cord/port attached to the backpack. The charging cord can be connected to your power bank inside of the backpack. The USB charging port is embedded into the side with a cover over the top to protect it from the elements. *At first, I thought it would just have a hole in the side as most backpacks do...but this feature makes it so you have the full length of your charging cord available when in use!* 3) There is so much pocket space! 13 pockets in total...14 if you put up the divider up in the large compartment. That is not including the lunchbox that comes with it or the two pen holders. The side pockets are adorned with elastic bands to keep your water bottle (or whatever you choose to put in there) from falling out. 4) I can carry everything I need, including my lunch, in one bag! Ultimately, I am more than satisfied with my purchase! If you are looking for a versatile backpack that is attractive to look at and practical, this is the one. Even though it is advertised as a woman's backpack, my boyfriend said he's jealous and hopes they will come out with more colors so he can get one for himself!

Love this backpack. I’m able to carry full lunch, work papers and personal items all in one. Bag well made and durable and I was able to get in my favorite color.

The style and size of the bag is very nice. It’s not too heavy when you put your essentials in it. The straps adjust to fit your preference and are comfortable. The color was as described. The lunch bag is not very big but it does fit a good bit of stuff. When the lunch compartment is fully opened, you still have ample space in the storage compartment to fit things like your wallet, ect. The lunch box is easy to get in and out of its compartment and it’s keeps things pretty cold. The biggest down fall is that unless the lunch box is in the compartment the bag will not stand up. As soon as you start to slide the lunch box out the bag instantly begins to fall over. The cup holders on the sides are big enough to fit a travel coffee mug. The bag also didn’t seem to be too water proof. I had an empty coffee mug in the side cup holder that must have had a little left in there and when the bag fell over after I took my the lunch bag out, the little bit of coffee spilled on the bag and my files in side someone how got coffee on them. I still gave it 4 stars because it really did the job when you had the lunch box in the compartment! Maybe a support in the bottom of the bag would keep it up right!

I love this bag! I have been using it since the moment it arrived. It is the perfect computer bag. I can store so much in the bag I don't even need my purse again. Love this and I will buy another one.

My wife got this for her daily work bag. She loves it. Now she only has to carry one bag into her office everyday. It works as her work purse, lunchbox, and computer bag all in one and looks professional enough to fit in at an executive style environment.

Hatte bisher immer meine Handtasche und eine weitere kleinere Kühltasche mit dem Essen für die Arbeit dabei. Der Rucksack vereint das jetzt und ich muss immer nur eine Tasche mitnehmen. Ist mega praktisch, da der Rucksack echt tolle Sachen wie extra Taschen und ein Tabletfach hat. Die kleine Kühltasche im Boden lässt sich sehr leicht aus und wieder einstecken, das Essen bleibt auch angenehm kühl bis zum Mittag. Mal sehen wie das dann im Sommer wird :-)

This backpack is so well designed. Some of the other reviews are outright incorrect. The second zipper on the bottom front opens up to the inside so if you turn the lunch bag sideways, you absolutely can access the lunch bag from the outside of the bag without removing everything in the top half of the bag. Additionally, there is a divider which is found at the bottom side of the bag which attaches above the lunch bag with velcro to provide the stability needed to keep the belonging in the top half. Although if your lunch is finished and empty, I'm not sure what the issue is anyways and why anyone would complain about that. This is the most practical and well designed back pack I have ever seen AND it's very stylish and attractive. There are pockets to help organize everything. The quality is good enough that if you don't make it too heavy everyday it will hold up fine. Go slowly with the zippers on the lunch bag and it should last long enough to get your money's worth. This is the perfect bag for work, for full day retreats, the beach, conferences...whatever where you need a few things and you need some food and drinks.

I was using a shoulder bag with thin straps to carry all of my work belongings, plus a separate lunch bag which was heavy and uncomfortable and made finding individual items difficult. After seeing a similar product on Instagram, I decided to see if I could find something similar on Amazon. I ordered this bag based on the good reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. The bag is sturdy, well made and looks good (it doesn’t look cheap!). It is comfy to carry and has lots of handy pockets to put all of your things, so you can find them easily. The added lunch bag is a game changer! Initially, I didn’t realise there is an additional flap inside the bag that you can lift and secure using Velcro, so the lunch bag is in its own section at the bottom and put things on top of it. I was disappointed as when I removed the lunch bag, everything on top of it sunk to the bottom. That was until my colleague pointed out the extra section you could pull up. Due to this, I had to give the bag 5*! It is big enough to hold my lunch bag, laptop and the numerous other bits I carry around daily. There are two pockets on the side. One now holds my umbrella and the other my Sho 900ml water bottle, which fits in there with ease. I also like to put my keys in one of the front zipper sections, so they are easy to find. Really pleased with this bag. My colleagues have also been eying it up! It was a great investment and I’m sure I’ll be using it for a long time to come! I think it would also be really handy for travelling.
