Nishiki Premium Sushi Rice, 10lbs

Excellent flavor. Easy to prepare. It’s near sushi quality. I literally steam this and have a versatile base for almost any dish. It’s a medium sticky rice and not highly gummy like higher gluten rice. I would suggest this for any kitchen or cuisine. A must have stable in any kitchen. Use with kimchi, chicken, pork, beef, sushi, pickled veggies. Really the best I have tasted. Pricing is also a bargain compared to h mart or other grocery stores.

Nishiki is our go-to rice and we buy it in the 15 lb bag because we go through it so fast! My husband was always looking for medium grain rice in local stores. When he would find it he considered it way over priced. Then I found this on Amazon and put in for subscribe and save. The price comparison to local stores was very well in favor of this. It's good quality, cooks well, my daughter has a way that makes it more sticky for her liking, so it's versatile. I like the overall taste and so do they. I won't unsubscribe, ever!

The best tasting rice. It comes out perfect every time. Great price and it actually weighed slightly more that stated on the product. You have to do that these days. Too many good companies will say an inaccurate amount and it’s usually less than they claim.

The 80oz bag looks intimidating but disappears faster than you'd expect. I've tried switching to cheaper brands twice and regretted it both times.

This medium grain rice tastes great as plain steamed rice. It has a pleasant fragrance and just the right amount of stickiness. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s actually more affordable than the Asian market near me. Leftover rice kept in the fridge makes excellent fried rice the next day. Will repurchase.

This is by far the best rice I’ve tried. It’s not only good for making sushi but it’s great to use for every day meals. It doesn’t get mushy or sticky like glutinous rice. I like washing it and setting it in the fridge for 20mins or even overnight before I cook. This makes it rich in taste and doesn’t spike my insulin as much. Just a heads up, when I used to work at the sushi restaurant, this is the brand and type of rice they use for sushi and everyday dishes. This is a must try!

Habia leido algunas reseñas negativas con relacion a que el producto venía con insectos pero decidí arriesgarme y creo que fue un acierto enorme. El producto llegó a tiempo y bien embalado. El empaque venía impecablemente limpio, nignuna traza de suciedad o cualquier otro tipo de residuos, parecía recien salido de fabrica, quizá tuve suerte de recibir un producto de un lote muy reciente. En cuanto al arroz como tal, es una maravilla para preparar sushi. Solo hay que seguir las instrucciones de lavado y cocimiento, no hay pierde. RECOMENDABLE 100%
