This buoy worked great for my ocean swim. My family likes to go out and swim together but where we go there are boats. This buoy is bright and easy to spot. It also acts as a good floatation for when I need a break. My kids can also use it and it’s lightweight enough that it doesn’t cause drag. I think it will be durable for the future.

My husband I actually bought 2 of these New Wave Swim Bubbles. We love them. We swim in open water and they are nice so the swimmer can actually be seen by boats, other swimmers and people on land. The material is very substantial and looks like it will last a long time if taken care of. It is easy to inflate and deflate. Particular nice is the handle on the bottom side so that if the swimmer was to get tired they can hold this and stay buoyant.

The item is easy to inflate, quite buoyant, and when you aren’t using it, it folds up and doesn’t take up too much space. I’m able to fold this up and fit it in the cooler that hooks onto my paddleboard. The adjustable waist strap makes it easy to fully swim or tread water. It has no leaks. Another great thing is that you don’t need to huff and puff on this forever to blow it up. Simply twist the nozzle and then exhale strongly a few times and you’ll be set to go. The twist nozzle is also handy because you don’t risk losing air trying to fumble with the clear plastic thing that most devices have.

Nervous to swim in the ocean but no longer because of this swim bubble. In area with strong cross currents, physically taxing and this swim bubble enabled me to confidently handle the situation - taking breakers when needed while resting with the swim bubble.

These are an essential safety item for open water swimmers. It allows boats to see you so you're less likely to be struck, can help other spot you from shore, and it can be held to give you a quick rest if you need it. This device has a handle on the back so you can hold on while out in the water. I had been training to swim for an upcoming competition and needed to continue to swim at a busy lake while on vacation. This worked perfectly for me. I felt very secure with the belt. It was easy to inflate and deflate each time I used it. when I got tired, I was able to flip over and hold onto the float to catch my breath. Most importantly it allowed me to be visible in the water for other boats! This will become a mainstay in our boat going forward.

I just ordered 2 of these, so haven't received them yet, but I know I will love them. Just got back from a snorkeling trip in the Philippines, and my family and I hated wearing life vests. So at one point we swam without vests in the middle of a huge coral garden, in the ocean, and my 10 year old's and my snorkels started filling up with water. We both panicked a bit trying to clear them out and stay afloat, and not hit corals. I think with these, we can still swim and have peace of mind. I also have a yellow Cressi snorkel and mask, as well as yellow Finnis fins, so wanted to make it all match to be visible in water. Also, I know this will be lighter than bringing an inflatable life vest when traveling.

I used this for the first time last weekend for a gulf swim. So light, I forgot I was even wearing it. Very small but even kept me afloat at 210 lbs when I used it for resting. Great product!!

Highly visible on the lake. Doesn't interfere with my swimming. Super easy to inflate - NOTE: You don't need to twist OFF the air hole to blow the air in, you just twist it and it doesn't come off but allows you to blow air into it. That's handy because then you won't lose the cap. Also, although it's technically not a life jacket, if I got a cramp or something it's buoyant enough to support me if I hold onto it. I'm 5'5 female. My husband's 6' and he finds it's buoyant enough for him too.

Swimming the lake or in the ocean is possible with this safety device. Very buoyant and no drag while swimming.

I haven't used it yet, but I think it's good because it's of good quality.
