One of the shoulder straps had torn at the seam only two days into using the bag and the items inside weren’t heavy

I am surprised by the fact I am the first person to give review and feedback. When I saw this backpack I was in love but no reviews at all. I was afraid to buy it because of that but today I received at is simply amazing. Sturdy, good material, professional type like Army/Military bag. Not big, not small and it fits so many things.
