This works as I have a strained grip in my hands. I have this in the lowest easy setting and can feel a difference after using it now for about 4 weeks. I am very happy with the quality this is made and my results so far using it about 3 times per week. My therapist suggested this for me for physical therapy and he is right. It is a slow gradual non hurting way to grow strength in hand and fingers. Glad I ordered it and very happy it is making a difference in how I can navigate my day. My one hand I can go to squeeze it to the end and my other hand is about halfway now compared to when I started I could barely squeeze it at all. I like the various tensions u can try to do better.

However, the springs creak slightly during use, and the ergonomics could be improved for the direction of pull. Pros: Adjustable for a variety of resistances from 11–132 lbs (5–60 kg) fits beginners to advanced users. Non-slip ergonomic handle feels secure in the hand. Quick, smooth resistance adjustment dial. Lightweight and portable for use at home, the office, or the gym. Cons: Springs creak slightly at higher resistance. Grip angle isn’t perfectly aligned with the natural pulling motion. Notes from Use: Used daily for forearm training and post-injury recovery. The adjustment mechanism works smoothly, and the grip texture is comfortable even in longer sessions. While the creak doesn’t affect performance, it’s noticeable in a quiet room. A small design tweak could make the pulling motion feel more natural. Verdict: A strong performer for grip training, with minor comfort and noise issues that keep it from being perfect. Still a solid buy. 4/5 stars.

Dial lacks a way to measure the compression setting and the rubber on the handles, although comfortable, peels off like an eraser so it won't last. Otherwise works well.

At first, I thought the product was flawed because it kept making a disturbing noise every time I used it. However, after some time, it started working very well and I like it very much so this is a very good product.
