Keeps my feet smooth, removes all hard dry skin without pain.

First, everything is packed in the box nicely. There's a lot in there, including hand tools. The little grinder wheels are sturdy and work nicely on that dried out thick skin without putting a hole in your foot. There are 3 different surfaces on rollers. The heaviest grit has 2 of them. It was partially charged when I got it, but I plugged it in and there was a flashing number and it kept showing getting what percentage your unit is charged. Mine seemed to stop at 98% so I just used it at that point. It was fine for the entire time I used it on my feet and that was maybe 15 minutes.
