Great for the price!
I recently had to purchase a new USB headtset for my computer after my Logitech one finally kicked the bucket. A quick search on Amazon displayed this product. I was hesitant to purchase it since the price point was so low compared to other products. I was also hesitant to purchase as I have never head of this company before and the product pictures didn't show much detail. I was pleasantly suprised when the package finally arrived. While it may not be as comfortable as other more expensive brands, it serves it purpose well. I play online games that require the use of a headset sometimes and this headset is comfortable enough for a few hours straight. The microphone is adjustable though the first time you adjust it it makes awful clicking and creaking noises like it's on the verge of breaking. Once you've broken it in though this stops and the microphone stays steady and in place. The sound quality is comprable to other headsets I've used and there is very little distortion or crackling when other people are speaking. I don't recommed using this product to listen to music however unless you're in a pinch in a public place and this happens to be the only set of headphones you have. The microphone tucks away nicely; however, the cord is on the cheap side. All in all this is a great product for anyone playing online games, using Skype, or any other feature that requires a headset. Don't let the low price point fool you, this is a great little product that works great!

B+ for low cost headset
I like this so much that I ordered another one in case the price goes up or they're discontinued. Audio: I mostly listen to streaming content on my laptop and the audio is quite good/clear for that purpose. I was able to turn down the audio setting on my laptop from 100% to 60% when using these. Construction: The headset is quite sturdy. I used another lightweight model for many years, reordering again and again because I liked the fit, even though the internal wires would eventually break and sound would go out on that side. The cords on these are much larger in diameter and seem like they'll stand up better under daily use. I almost never use the microphone and it stays neatly tucked up and out of the way. Fit: Very comfortable, even after hours of use. My ears or head don't ache at all. I'm a 7.5 (large) hat size and still use the headband telescoped all the way closed, but it can expand another 2-3" if needed. The expansion stays set even while picking up and putting down the headset and you don't have to keep adjusting it. Price: Excellent for the quality. Controls: Having the controls on the cord is helpful. I only use the mute button and in fact have taped over the middle and top set of buttons because the flashing blue and red lights are so piercingly bright that they actually bothered me at night. I would have deducted half a star for that if possible but didn't want to downgrade too far since it likely won't bother most other users.

Clear Performance but Bulky Design
This product worked well for its intended purpose. I received positive feedback from others who said the audio was clear, and I found it reliable during use. It delivered on clarity, which was my main concern. However, the design feels bulky and a bit awkward to wear for extended periods. If portability or comfort is a priority, that’s something to consider. Overall, it performs well, but the form factor could use refinement.

(Too tight? See my easy fix) - A good value, but not as good as the previous version in some ways.
The tl;dr summary: If you need a cheap but good headset with mic for work or gaming these have some small issues but are worth trying at $10-14 _______________________ Edit - Easy fix if these are too tight on your ears! 1. Find a cooking pot that is wide enough to fit the headband. 2. Boil a pot of water then let it cool for a minute or two. 3. Dip the middle 4 or 5 inches of the headband (ONLY) in the water for about 15 seconds. Then pull them from the water and hold the earpads apart about 6 inches while the plastic cools. You could also run them under cool water. 4. Try them on and check the fit. I got them right the first time but you can always try again to make them tighter or looser. 5. Optional - I heated them again and added a slight angle to the earphones so they sit flatter on my ears. I did this and then wore them for an hour comfortably. If they are too tight for your head try this fix! _______________________ Review below: If you're familiar with the IM320 that the IM282 replaced you'll know what you're getting here. I've been using a set of the IM320 for two years now and I'm still quite happy with them but I wanted to try this updated version. I'm going to talk mainly about the drawbacks to the IM282 (new version) as compared to the IM320 (old version). Both have good listening sound quality, great for call center type work and fine for gaming. The microphone quality of the IM320 is exceptional, all it needs to be perfect is a a small foam cap on the boom to stop breathing noises. (I used yellow dish sponge and it's been great) The mic on the IM282 seems to be good also, but not quite as good. The manufacturer specifications are the same but I don't know if they're using the actual same mic. Drawbacks to the IM282: The headband - It's too small or too stiff. I have a moderately large head and these are painfully tight after a pretty short time. If the manufacturer used a slightly softer plastic or otherwise reduced the pressure they would be comfortable for long term use. I'm planning to dip the headband part in a pot of hot but not boiling water to try to reduce the bend slightly and if that works, or ruins them, I'll update this. (This worked great, see instructions above) The Mic - Pretty good, the only real downside is that the mic boom is rigid as opposed to the flexible boom on the previous version. You can rotate it up and down, but that's it. If it's placed right for you, great, if not you're out of luck. That said, it should be okay for most people. The Mic on the previous version has gotten a lot of compliments on the sound quality from audio production pros I talk with. They're amazed at the quality for the price. I think the new version is about equal but I don't have feedback from others yet. Totally fine for call center or gaming use. The ear cushions - They're pretty firm but I think they will be more comfortable if I can adjust the band pressure. The do a good job of reducing background noise but I think that's the only "noise canceling" these have. A Pro: The cord is longer and nicer than the previous version, with a braided covering.

This USB headset is the best I've used, and I've gone through a lot. I do a lot of conference calls on skype or goto meeting, etc. and have never had a complaint about the other end of the line not being able to hear me with these, except once when I'd moved the microphone too far away from my mouth to drink my coffee. Also, the headset is light enough that it doesn't drag my ears down or squeeze my head and give me a headache, like some bigger gaming headsets do (which I was using before I got this one, borrowed from my significant other. I don't know how he plays for hours wearing his heavy headset.) It's also light enough to travel, but doesn't pack flat so be careful. I recommend this product.
