Works great
Simple and it works well for me. I wear it working out, sometimes doing yard work, and even while on the computer if my arm is bothering me. So far it has held up very nicely. The size and comfort have been better than anything else I have found.

I've bought at least half dozen elbow straps and this is the best of them
I've had tennis elbow for almost a year. Dr. MRI. Phys therapy. Yada yada. I've had it before and it cleared up but this time is really bad and taking a lot longer. Anyway, when it started this time, I had a couple of braces left over from a few years ago. I've learned they need a good thick "nub" to keep pressure on the muscle. There are some with a flatter nub and they just don't do the job as well. The air pocket/bladder thing in this design is thick enough to do the job. That's the first and biggest thing... can the mass in the middle do a good enough job pressing down on the muscle belly to make it effective? The second thing, more of a quality of life thing, is the width of the buckle(s) (the plastic rectangle bit the strap folds back over) and the width of the strap. The buckle on this is a bit over 2" and the strap is right at 2" (about 5cm). What happens with a lot of the other ones, where the strap is around 1", is that the loop that holds the buckle in place eventually breaks down the strap, so the strap crumples, and the buckle ends up trying to hold the strap length-wise. Then you're pulling 1" of crumpled material through the buckle oriented the thin direction. That breaks the material down even more quickly, makes it hold less well, and means you have to pull more strap further through... its annoying. But this one, with the nice wide strap and buckle, doesn't have that problem. If you've read this far and you're fresh into some new bad tennis elbow, I'll also tell you this. Buy 3-4 of them. I keep one in my car. One downstairs, upstairs, and in my gym bag. Put one on any time you're going to do anything. Grocery store. Mow the lawn. Whatever. They do a really good job keeping the pressure off the sensitive area but only if you wear them!!! EDIT 9/22: My tennis elbow took about 18 months to fully clear up. The last 3 months of that, things started coming back pretty quickly. Once I could really lift weights again, healing accelerated. I think once the tendons and ligaments were really "attached" again, they started to get stronger quickly. My advice is just to back off and do the PT ONLY for as long as you can possibly hold out, baby it the rest of the time. WEAR THESE BRACES FOR EVERYTHING. With regard to product reviews, these are the end-all-be-all as far as I'm concerned. They held up perfectly well.

Works well
A little bulky but definetly works. I will take the bulkiness to heal the pain

Very Effective
Really helped with my golf elbow. I was skeptical that a simple mechanical device could help but it really relieved the pain of my tendonitis. I am using it every time I play now. Price was also reasonable and quality is very good.

Tiny
I was looking for a better brace for my really painful tennis elbow. I hadn't been able to find one that stayed in place. This was my last hope. Came in so small I have to put it on at my wrist and try to slide it up my arm. Could get about half way up my forearm. So it was useless. I took one end of the most useless alternative and cut it off so I could use it as an extender. So - two braces cobbed together and it works okay. If you don't have tiny little stick arms then be prepared to make your own extension of it simply won't fit.

Adjustable dial strap really works
I hate how Amazon will group together multiple unrelated products under size or color headings. It makes it really confusing when viewing the questions and reviews. You never know what they are referring to unless people specify, so let me specify. I am reviewing the adjustable dial wrist strap. I do not play tennis but I rock climb, lift, and use percussive massagers on myself (which require holding a shaking thing). All those things stress my grip. Tennis and golfers elbow are caused by inflammation and shortening of forearm tendons from overusing your grip and the pain is referred to the elbow. Stretching the wrist doesn't always work (though immobilizing it can) because you'll just yanking more on the attachments at the elbow. When you have these conditions and grip something, or merely clench your fist, you can usually feel the tightness travel up your forearm to your elbow where pain blossoms. The trick is to blockade this path, and that is where the brace comes in. You put it on and adjust it to where the adjustable pad is directly over the tendon and then you dial it up and the pad is pushed down against the tendon, it has to be very tight. Other straps that aren't adjustable never get tight enough for me, this one does because I can dial it way up. you're essentially clamping the tendon down at that point so now when you clench your first the tightness travels up to the brace and stops, the area of the tendon above the brace is not tightened or shortened and can simply stay relaxed, allowing it to heal. The benefit for me is noticeable after only a few hours of wearing. I use this primarily for tennis elbow. I also suffer from golfers elbow but I haven't used it for that yet. My strap actually just broke and I ordered another one. The metal wire that pulls the pad tight cut right through the plastic part it slips through. I still rate it five stars because it works, and I used it a LOT before it broke. So I think I simply wore it out. Nothing lasts forever.

After finding out I had tennis elbow, due to lifting and sitting at a desk all the time, my doctor recommended I try a velcro strap mean to apply pressure to the outer forearm. I bought 4 different ones that were inexpensive, then this one was number 5. I wished I had started with this one. It is lighter, more breathable than others and it has better quality materials. With one of the cheaper ones I used for only two weeks, its velcro is already losing its grip. I like being able to turn the dial and tighten this ACE strap when working at my desk, or if I need to do something physical and lift something, then let off the pressure with the dial when I don't need it. This one has a harder pressure pad underneath, which is smaller and focuses on a more specific spot, so you may have to try positioning it in different ways. At first I didn't think it was effective, but I had to rotate the strap a bit so the pad was making contact lower on my forearm.

No tiene suficiente presión sobre el codo posiblemente necesite una extensión mas grande que cubre una parte del tendón

Really high quality. The dial reinforcement makes a big difference than the standard straps.
