Ceramic Sharpener Single Stage

This little guy is awesome. I'm sharpening an Srk knockoff. 1/4" tang it's such a tight squeeze, it's left tool marks on both sides of the blade from handle to tip. This thing's sharpens like a dream.I mean, shave your arm, sharp boys Whatever you touch with this little guy teepe it against the backsplash.If you got kids It only takes 7-10 smooth but solid swipes I turned the knife age up and follow the contour of the blade from handle to tip in slow strides Then finish with a leather strop Polish then hit the waxed strop You got yourself a close shave There pilgrim😅😅

I dont like stone sharpeners or that stupid thing used to sharpen kitchen knives cuz im sharpening very exquisite very unique switchblade autos and butterfly knives. This kind of sharpener is definetly worth 4 bucks, i can garantee you....depending on how long you wait for shipping and all that. Mine came within a couple days but any of these sharpeners will do the trick.

This is not a high tech, super quality sharpener for professionals. What it is is a simple to use , basic sharpener for those of us who just want our regular household knives and scissors to cut like they did when we first got them. For those purposes, this works just fine. In fact, it works so just fine my bf stole it the second day I had it. Lol. No worries though because the price is great. I'm ordering another one. Definitely recommend.

Works great on filet knives. Used it a ton for cutting up fish from an offshore trip

Best bang for the buck for keeping knives sharp, imo. Obviously don't wait until the knives are so dull that they give the spoons a run for their money. 3-5 passes (I turn it around and do 3-5 more). Round ceramic rods means no chatter and skipping during the pull through. I have much more expensive sharpeners but I always come back to this one.

I'm a big fan of all things Rapala...except for this. My dad got one of these probably 40 years ago and it did an amazing job on his fillet knife. I started trolling for walleye this year and I bought one of these hoping to have a similar experience. Unfortunately, it didn't really sharpen that well. I don't like how low they have the ceramic rods either. It's easy to have your knife accidentally hit the edge of the counter when your draw it towards the tip. My knives weren't that dull, and I wasn't expecting a miracle, but this sharpener didn't really work at all. I bought a similar sharpener from Smith and it is far superior, which surprised me. I'll buy their knives, and lures, but this sharpener didn't work for me.
