It works!

I usually order these direct from the company with my shampoo and conditioner, but I ordered from Amazon because I didn’t need everything else. I swear by these not only do they work on your hair I had to move up my nail appointment because my nails are growing so long so fast that I can’t do every four weeks.

I’ve not been a fan of vitamins in gummy form but these are the exception. The flavor is so good that I don’t mind taking them at all. I’m on my second bottle so far.

The gummies themselves are great. They taste amazing without being sugar-coated like a lot of the nasty gummies out there. The only thing is the price. Most out there are 30-day supply, so fine, these have 15 days' worth more. But these only have Biotin in them, and not other vitamins. There are a lot of Biotin-only gummies out there that also have 5000mcg & are much more affordable. And the super expensive "luxury" ones usually have a list of other vitamins in them in addition to Biotin. So not sure why these 5000mcg Biotin-only gummies for 45 days are so expensive. *no dairy, lactose, fish, preservatives, artificial flavors, artificial colors, yeast, or sodium
