These are fantastic!! I installed two on each window. They are super easy, fast, effective, and affordable! They lay flush against the pane, and the rubber gripper allows for a seal creating a firm secure hold without destroying or marring the integrity of your casing. They fit precisely. They are discreet in size, and will not pop off the casement. They are engineered with that in mind, as they are positioned on the INSIDE of the casement. TIPS: 1. Use two locks -- one on each side of the casement. Make sure to position them flush against the pane. 2. Remove the rubber lining for ease of initial placement. Slip the lock onto the casement. From the top slide the rubber lining back into place. 3. Secure the screws by hand and then tighten using a pair of pliers. You will be amazed at how many more rotations you can achieve, and how tight they become. When used with your casement lock you are afforded an impenetrable window when installed correctly. These will NOT allow your window to open affording optimal security. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

High quality product for a great price! They are super easy to install, light weight, and very functional for thief prevention. You cannot open the window AT ALL when this is installed!! Size is ideal and it fits all the windows in my house. Package arrived fully sealed, instructions are on the back, and it has a black piece you insert under the metal part for extra precaution. So happy with my purchase!

We bought these to limit the opening of our windows because we have young kids. It might be a little “overkill” as I do not think my kids will open a window and jump out but it is always better to be safe than sorry. Use: It does a great job of what it is supposed to do. The black rubber prevents scratching the surface of the window. It took us less than a minute to install them. It is so easy, it can even be done with one hand (see my video) Pro(s): - Very easy install - The grip is tight and does not easily come off Con(s): - Does not look the best - Although the black rubber prevents scratches on the front facing surface of the window frame, it does not prevent scratches on the side of the sliding window Tip(s): - If you leave a little rubber extended of where the sliding window will be hitting this stopper, it will help cushion it and prevent scratches

For the price of these 10 window locks you can't go wrong with this product. I've seen similar products that proclaim similar features but are smaller in size, only have one screw for security and come with a fewer number of actual locks in the package. Installation is pretty self explanatory, straight forward and simple to complete. The product is constructed of all aluminum that feels sturdy with a foam strip of cushion along the edge wear it contacts your window. The design is simple and easy to understand. Once in place and securely tightened they effectively prevent the window from being raised past your specified height or not raised at all. They are as easy to remove as they are to install, simply unscrew the fasteners and remove from the window track. I installed one on every window in my house, even on my windows with locks that were still functional just for added security and peace of mind. Shop around and look at all the different choices but rest assured you can't go wrong with this product if you want a simple solution.

Great product but unfortunately they didn’t fit the windows in which they were intended for. However , they were still put to good use. Durable, and gave me a peace of mind knowing my littles will be safe.
